{THE BEGINNING OF PART 2}

"Bet that isn't what she told ya?" Herah says.

I chuckle a little, rolling my eyes at her humour.

What would I do without her?

Before we get into the pool together, I grab a remote, sitting under one of the light features in the wall.

"What's that?" She asks me.

Pressing the release button, all of the hidden Koi fish flood out and into the water, one by one, revealing their beautiful colours. This surprises Herah as she is startled upon spotting one.

"Come on in." I tell her.

We stay on the shallow side and swim together.

"Is it safe to?" Herah asks as we watch the fish move by.

"What, yeah!" I say.

"No, I mean, for the fish!" She laughs.

"It's fine." I say.

"Why were those people so mad at the salon, when we walked in?" Herah asks, randomly.

I sit on the edge of the pool, resting my hand on her shoulder while she remains in the water, complaining.

"It's ok. You get used to it. You did nothing wrong." I tell her hoping my words help uplift her.

Now is not the time for Herah to be upset or distracted.

"I know. I just don't want this little stupid thing to ruin my whole day." Herah whines.

Did she already forget about me? I can swim...

I smile.

"Be quiet," I tell Herah, growing impatient with her complaining.

"Get on my back," I tell her next.

Herah does as I tell her. I hold onto her tight and without a warning, I dive into the water and paddle across to the other side of the pool. Once we reach the other side I hold her tighter, making sure that we are both floating.

Herah, who I can see from behind me smiles from ear to ear.

I cannot help but laugh at her reaction.

"Get ready to swim back to the other side." I tell Herah.

I feel her grab and hold onto my back. I then swim us back to the other side.

Herah stands by herself, at the shallow side as soon as we reach it.

"Wow. So you can swim!?" Herah says laughing.

I lay down on my stomach, outside of the water, watching Herah with a smile.

"You look amazing. What are you made out of, water or something?" Herah asks me, rushing to the side of the pool.

I smile at her comment.

She grabs her phone from the poolside and begs to take a photo of me, to which I allow.
