Chapter 50: Christmas time

Crystal and Jordan have been trying to get everything done for when Eric and Selena come to stay with them and Dante and Sarah also accepted the invite so all of them will be coming to stay with them the last week of February and will stay for four weeks after they deliver.

They have already bought most of their gifts. Jordan had to run to the mall to grab a few last-minute gifts. While he was shopping a guy recognized him and he took a selfie with him.

"Baby, the next time we need to run errands I am going to let you go."

"Why? You always enjoy running errands."

"Yes, I do but you know when I am not touring I like to just be the person me and not the celebrity me. I got recognized today. I mean people were watching me and whispering and I was asked to take a selfie."

"Okay, baby I will run any errands." We got Christmas gifts for our grandbabies. We found out Dante is expecting a boy and Eric is expecting a girl. I am so excited about a granddaughter. I finally will be able to buy dresses and everything.

Their tree was so full of presents. The presents were just theirs to each other, Eric, Dante, Sarah, Selena, and the babies. They had taken all the other presents to the barn and put them under the family trees.

Jordan had a surprise for Crystal with a cruise for one week just her and him in January. He had already booked a week in LA, a week in Miami, A week in Orlando, and a week In St.Charles for next summer. 

That would give both Sarah and Selena enough time after the babies are born they were a week on vacation and a week home then a week away and so on. 

Jordan had also bought her a new iPad, a new mac book, a laptop bag, a jacket, several pajama sets, socks, a new pair of converse, and a diamond necklace.

Crystal had bought Jordan a new set of golf clubs, a new watch, a few new shirts, a new jacket, new Nike tennis shoes, a coffee club subscription, new pajama pants, and some clothes.  

They bought both of the boys a new Lexus GX460 SUV. Since they were both expecting babies and figured their families would grow they wanted to get them something useful. They also bought them some clothes, pajamas, and shoes. They bought the ladies some new clothes, new pajamas, new perfume, new purses, and makeup.

The cars would be parked next door, the boys always spent Christmas Eve night at their house, and Jordan would move them to their driveway Christmas morning they had a box for both of them for the key to go in that would be placed in all four of their stockings.

They have two days before Christmas and they have been getting everything cooked. Crystal got all the pies finished today she got the deviled eggs finished yesterday. She still had to get the stuffing cooked. She and Sharon made the rolls they were in the freezer and they would cook them Christmas morning.  

Tonight, she and Jordan were going to watch some Christmas favorites and just enjoy the night together. They were planning to watch Home alone 1&2, all three of the Santa Clauses, then tomorrow they would watch The Grinch and a Christmas story with the kids.  

She loved their Christmas traditions, they would make some finger foods tomorrow night, and some cookies and they would watch Christmas movies while drinking hot chocolate.  

Then on Christmas morning, they would open presents, and she would cook breakfast, would eat, shower, and head to Jon's. 

At Jon's, they would eat, open presents, and then go ice skating. They rented the entire rink for two hours every Christmas. Then they would come home and just relax.

Later that evening they were sitting in the theatre room watching movies, cuddled up together eating popcorn. 

Christmas Eve evening Crystal and Jordan were dishing out their food. They had all cooked four different types of cookies and now they were going to eat. Everyone would open up their pajamas they would change clothes and watch movies then go to bed. 

They all sat down and ate while listening to Christmas music. Jordan had a blue tooth sound system installed in the house a few years ago. They loved it because they could play it through the whole house or just certain rooms. 

They were all laughing as they ate the boys cleaned up after they finished. They opened presents and then went and changed into their new pajamas and all piled up in the theatre room to watch a movie. They watched a Christmas story first then The Grinch. They all went to bed around ten. Crystal and Jordan cuddled up in bed and drifted off to sleep.

Christmas Morning, they all woke up Jordan made their coffee while Crystal handed out presents. They opened their presents and Crystal had hidden their keys in their stockings. She had also played a scavenger hunt on Jordan for his golf clubs.    

When all the gifts had been found opened and the mess cleaned up she handed the stockings out. They opened the stockings and found the boxes marked for each couple. 

They opened the boxes and both looked at them surprised. "Seriously, mom and dad you bought us a car?"

Crystal and Jordan just smiled. Both boys jumped up and grabbed their wives they ran outside. Jordan had bows on both vehicles and their titles were in the front seat in their names. They were all screaming. 

Jordan and Crystal stood there holding each other and smiling. nothing made them happier than seeing their boys smile. 

"You both just got married and you have babies on the way so we figured you were both due an upgrade to a family car," Crystal said.

"One that will help with your growing families. Your titles are inside and you each have a key. Go get some shoes on and take them for a test drive," Jordan said.

"Thank you so much, mom and dad," Dante said as he and Sarah hugged them. 

"Thanks, mom and dad this is perfect," Eric said as he and Selena hugged them.

Later they arrived at Jon's and unloaded the escalade. They ate dinner and opened up presents. Enjoyed their time together. 

Later they went to the ice rink Crystal doesn't ice skate well so she decided she was going to just hang out with Marlene. They were all playing around and having fun. 

They left the rink and then headed home. Crystal and Jordan put all the food in the fridge and then put pajamas on and just relaxed on the couch. 

They were both so tired they just wanted to go to bed. They did at ten that night. The holidays are over for a year.
