Today is our thirtieth wedding anniversary. We are renewing our vows with a simple ceremony at the house and then taking off for two weeks to Greece.
Crystal bought a nice simple ivory-colored dress and Jordan had a black suit with a red tie. both their sons would match Jordan and their wives Selena and Sarah had red dresses to wear. They bought Nate a suit that matched the guys and little Starla had a red dress.
Crystal and Jordan had written their own vows about life and marriage thirty years later. They would have a reception to follow and then they would leave for the airport. Sandy and Sarah were going to watch Starla while they were gone.
The kids had grown so much Nate is now five months old, he can sit up, and is trying to crawl. Starla is four months old and she can sit up, she loves to laugh, and she will stop whatever she is doing when she hears her papa J. She is totally a Jordan girl whereas Nate is a Nana's boy.
Thirty years ago today she thought back to the day they got married. I was an eighteen-year-old girl who was getting ready to marry the only man she had ever kissed or been with. They had been together for over two years and today he would become her husband.
Her mom had already verified that Jordan was here and he was a nervous wreck. She was still in disbelief that she was about to marry Jordan Knight, the Jordan Knight from the New Kids on the block. They were going to move to Boston and one day have children and she prayed that the love she felt for that man only grew deeper and they could be as happy as she was today on her wedding day.
Now thirty years later they had a beautiful home that Jon and Dave had remodeled into the home they wanted, they had two sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren. Their love had continued to grow deeper every day and they were happier than they had ever been.
In their thirty years of marriage, they had not had one fight or argument. He was still the only person she had been with and she was still the only woman he wanted to be with. So, thirty years down and forever to go and she couldn't wait to spend forever with him.
He was getting ready upstairs and she was in the dressing room getting ready. Savannah and Skye had flown in for their vow renewal. Skye and Danny had become official and Skye was even planning on moving to Miami with Danny next year when she was able to retire.
Jenny and Donnie had arrived as well as Barrett and Joey had flown in with their kids, Griffin, Rhys, and Kira. This was more of an intimate ceremony with only their family and closest friends joining them today.
Jenny and Barrett came into Crystal's room, "Where is the bride?"
"In here getting dressed." She opened the door and they both walked in.
"Oh, wow Crystal that is a beautiful dress and we know Jordan is going to forget everything when he sees you."
"You think so? It looks okay? I was a little afraid it was too short in the front."
"Girl, ain't nothing wrong with showing some cleavage and reminding him how lucky he is you said yes," Barrett said as she laughed.
"That's true girl, it is perfect for a vow renewal."
"The dress was low cut in the front and her boobs looked like they were about to fall out of it. It had lace down the front and came above the knee by about three inches. She couldn't bend over or everyone would get a view of Jordan's treasure.
She had her hair curled in spiral curls and the sides and front placed up in a diamond clip. She had her makeup on and she looked hot. She had on white stiletto heels that were like three inches and she put a garter on each of her thighs.
