They had eventually headed back to the boarding house to try and convince the brothers to let Elena go through the ritual.
Auroras and Elijah's conversation didn't last longer since Elena got there and began to ask about the ritual once again and as before Aurora just ignored.
As well when they got back to the house she headed straight to her room to see Luna while Elijah and Elena handled things downstairs but she eventually headed back down into the kitchen so she could feed the cat.
She thought nobody would bother her but she was wrong eventually Elijah found her but didn't say anything.
He just watched as Aurora had Luna on the counter watching as she cut up some things to feed her and also talked to her. He found it so amusing how aurora didn't seem to like anyone he wouldn't think she would even like animals but she did.
"I am so sorry for leaving you all alone mi amor..." aurora said, putting her hand out offering a piece of banana that Luna took from her. "Me perdonas?" The girl leaned down closer to the cat that just pressed her face onto auroras and came closer for the girl to hug her.
"Te amo mi corazon!" Aurora picked up Luna and hugged her close.
"I thought you found her in New York" Elijah finally made his presence, making Aurora snap her gaze towards him.
"I've been speaking both languages to her since she was a baby. I like to believe she knows them plus it just sounds better" she replied, setting Luna back on the counter allowing her to eat the rest of the banana.
"Right...te amo is...I love you?" He questioned now approaching her.
"Yeah but...I think te amo just has a deeper meaning to me saying I love you is like saying the quiero and te amo just sounds more deep you know?" She explained to him and he just nodded.
"Do you remember your mother?"
"We're not doing that anymore, the therapy session is over" she interrupted, not wanting to answer any more questions he had already made her dive into her feelings and she was over it.
Or just afraid he would be able to hit a nerve.
"Why don't you go talk to literally anyone else in this house?" She questioned noticing he did try to talk to her more than anyone else there.
"Just figured you needed someone to talk to and nobody else seems to like me here" he shrugged leaning on the counter.
"And I do?" She raised her brow not believing that he actually thought that.
"I think that out of anyone you're the one that has actually treated me decently" he admitted and Aurora couldn't help but feel flattered but she was obviously not going to show it.
