"Chicago was magical" Klaus revealed their new location pulling up the door from the storage unit they had chosen to get a look into the city.
Aurora wasn't too happy about the location after causing a wreck in the city after being turned she moved and swore she would never go back but here she was. Now she understood how Stefan felt all summer, that's what she was feeling now.
She knew Klaus was only there for help but she hated the idea of being there she thought it would only bring her bad memories that she didn't need especially with her humanity glitching. She wanted to get whatever Klaus was dealing with here over with and leave.
"Careful Rory you almost look as miserable as me" Stefan joked and immediately regretted it after looking at the look on Aurora's face.
All resentment aside, Stefan knew what Chicago meant to Aurora; it was so serious that she never stepped foot in the city ever again or at least that's what everyone thought. Aurora did swear to never go near the city but she broke that promise once when she was looking for answers.
"We're here to see my favorite witch. Maybe she has some answers so we must get going, "Klaus told them and got back in the car. Stefan waited for him to get inside then turned to Aurora again.
"I'll do the dirty work here you might be able to convince him to let you stay" he suggested knowing she was better off not seeing the streets of chicago but aurora would rather die than let them think she was weak.
"I'll be okay Stefan, that happened long ago I don't care anymore" Aurora opened the door to enter the car trying to hide the fact she was lying but it was obvious she was.
It was going to be interesting how their time in the city was going to end up.

Klaus drove to Gloria's bar which was familiar to both Salvatores. Gloria was there to watch their hell periods but most importantly she was there when Aurora was human Damon would sometimes bring her around as well as Ben.
Aurora had only stepped foot in the bar two times after her transition this time being one of them the last time when she went in she hated the feeling it gave her. Gloria's bar was a place she enjoyed to be with her father and her husband and it wasn't the same without him.
Stepping into the building she felt uneasy but kept telling herself she only had to get through it and it was going to be okay. She stayed behind Stefan who was behind Klaus to try and draw the least attention but Gloria could sense the girl there.
"You gotta be kidding me." The lady was heard from afar sending chills down Aurora's spine but she tried to hide it she just looked around trying to keep her mind distracted.
