Aurora wasn't able to sleep at all. She hadn't even moved from the spot she was in; she just felt so out of place there. All she wanted was to be with Elijah to feel something again but nothing was helping anymore.
She felt so out of place in her home and anywhere else but at least at home she had her mom and Stefan. She wished she had her dad. She never thought she would miss Damon the way she did but at the end of the day he was the one person that had been by her side all her life.
No matter how much they argued it was still just them too the whole time and she missed that. She missed her old life. She hated the way everything changed; she just wished everything could stay the same.
The more she sat in the room the more she went insane. She wanted to get out of there. She had seen all that she needed to see. She didn't see it as a mistake but she definitely didn't want to be there any longer.
Aurora decided to get up and go out there to find Elijah to tell him she was going to leave. She was a bit lost with how big the house was and the amount of rooms there as well. She opened each one until she ended up in one with someone actually in there but the wrong person she wanted to see.
"Aurora! What a treat!" Klaus exclaimed, causing Aurora to roll her eyes. "Come in!"
The girl just entered the room looking around and it seemed the man was painting. "I was looking for Elijah"
"Seems you're out of luck he's out at the moment but then again I'm here. He told me you were here. I assumed you were sleep" Klaus said, returning to his painting.
"I'm guessing you can tell him that I'll be leaving" Aurora replied, causing Klaus to turn again.
"So soon why?"
"I don't think he wants me here. I won't stay in a place I'm not welcome so I'm leaving" she said and Klaus could guess the reasons why Elijah was pushing the girl away.
"Well this is not his house it's mine I say you're welcome here anytime" Klaus shrugged he didn't exactly hate the girl she hadn't done anything to him she was actually a good company to him before when she was a vampire and with her emotions off.
"Thank you but I don't think you say that with good intentions so I think I should go" just as Aurora was about to walk out of the room Klaus appeared in front of her making her stop. "Klaus..."
