"How should I proceed?" Are you content with my fingers or do you desire anything different?" Levi says as he inserts his fingers into your body. Each time his fingers got deeper, you moaned louder.
"Lord Levi...I need you......inside me.....please."
You stated this while spreading your legs open. Levi penetrates in and begins pounding quickly and deeply into your body.
"Ah! Ah! No! You're going too deep within me!"
Despite your increased moans, you made an effort to keep your cries contained.
"Stop...ah! "I'm losing my mind!" You screamed
"Then, go completely insane for me....more!"
Levi thrusts inside you one last time, the two of you climaxing together.
"Haa......" Levi was struggling to catch his breath as you panted.
"Return to your room and have Isabel make you a bath." Levi changes his clothing, cleans up, and departs.
'Lord Levi....'
An unknown stranger is staring at you as you exit Levi's room. You were walking from the yard to your room when you were abruptly grabbed from behind. Slim hands were placed firmly over your lips to prevent you from screaming.
"HRMN!" You tried to say something, but you were hauled to the stable. Your clothes were taken from you, and your hands were shackled to the ceiling.
"NO! Let me down!" You screamed.
"Oh my, what an embarrassing appearance!"
'Lady Petra?!'
"This is an excellent posture for a loose-legged thief. I see you've been properly cared for because you're so wet."
She says by inserting her fan into the most sensitive area of your body.
"No! Stop! It stings.....!"
"Can you tell me how Levi embraces you? Isn't he ruthless and ferocious? Or do you prefer this? Or how about this?"
Her repulsive fan climbed up to your private area and was shoved in firmly. You did everything you could to hide the sound of your screaming. You were in excruciating pain and didn't want to draw attention to yourself. Petra then sprayed you with a pail of water.
"Don't be too conceited about yourself. Levi is without a doubt keeping you for his enjoyment. You should realize your place as a low-born whore." She then walked away, leaving you hanging.
'I'm well aware of Lord Levi's opinion of me. Nonetheless, to survive, I chose to be his concubine. I also researched human traditions to ensure that I do not embarrass him in front of others. And yet, something similar to this happened to me. Lord Levi is enraged with me as well. Is it possible that I made the incorrect decision? I'm at a loss for what to do.'
You burst into tears when you heard noises coming from outside. 'There's someone outside! What am I supposed to do?!'
"Lord Levi!"
'Hm? Is Isabel the one? So the person outside is....?'
"Don't be so obnoxious. You're going to scare the horses."
'Is that Lord Levi?'
"Are you back outside? Without an escort?" Isabel declares.
"I was riding around the garden to clear my head." He says this as he strokes the horses.
"Was there an incident involving Lady [Name]? There was, wasn't there?" Levi remained silent, and Isabel proceeded.
Lady [Name] chopped her hair, and she looked great. I believe she has decided something. Why can't you be a little friendlier to her?"
"I'm not sure what would have happened if I had chased [Name] away the first time we met. As the first person to give her life force, I believed that it was my job to see to her immediate care. But just because we have a relationship like that doesn't mean we're in love. And if I don't look after her properly, these strange rumors will start to spread. That's why I decided it was my responsibility to keep her alive without becoming overly connected or emotional."
"Are you serious? Can you figure it out like that? Isn't it true that you treat her coldly because you don't know how to deal with her?"
"You're mistaken."
"Or is it because you were envious of Lord Eren and Lady [Name] when you saw them together?"
"You're completely wrong!"
"WAKE UP, MISTER! YOU MIGHT HAVE LOST YOUR MIND BECAUSE SHE HAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL BODY ON TOP OF HOW CUTE SHE IS! YOU'RE ALL WORKED UP ABOUT HOW IT'S YOUR DUTY TO GIVE HER LIFE ENERGY AND SHIT, BUT IN REALITY, YOU'RE JUST RESISTING GETTING CLOSER TO HER! BUT THEN YOU REALIZED WHAT A GOOD GIRL SHE IS, SO YOU DEVELOPED A SENSE OF GUILT FROM THIS PHYSICAL RELATIONSHIP!"
Levi was stunned as she screamed at the top of her lungs. Isabel had never spoken in such a loud tone before. "In the end, your sense of obligation and desire got jumbled up and made her feel this way. Aren't I correct?" Isabel says.
"How did you figure that out?"
"Don't take me lightly. After all, we were milk siblings."
"As you said, I've gone utterly insane. I'm not sure if it's her body or [Name] herself that's the problem. I don't know what it is, but it's driving me insane."
He reddened slightly but kept his cool.
"I just don't want to let her go, no matter how selfish I sound."
'How cunning of you, thinking all these things and behaving so coldly on purpose. Lord Levi...I...'
The wooden board you were chained to suddenly crumbled, and you fell to the ground with a resounding thud.
"KYAAAAAA!"
Hearing the noise, Levi and Isabel were alarmed and dashed inside to investigate. You murmured, "Oww..." as your body ached from the fall.
"Lady [Name]?!?" Isabel exclaims. She and Levi both dashed over to you.
"Are you all right?" "What the hell happened?" Levi asks.
"No! "Do not approach me!" You screamed, attempting to hide your nude body.
"[Name]." Levi glances at you as he drapes his cloak over your naked body.
"Did you hear what we were talking about outside?"

"Do you believe we made the correct decision, Petra?"
"There is no doubt about it," she replies. She'll understand where she belongs and the penalties of stealing what belongs to me." Petra laughs, and her friends and maids are all concerned.
"I'm sure karma will catch up with her. Levi will undoubtedly be mine."
