Carolines POV

After speeding to my home from the racetrack. I remembered laila telling me something about a big party held in some guy named Brandon's house. I tried declining her offer by telling her I didn't have the right clothes. I mean its the truth, my wardrobe is filled with hunt gears or normal jeans and top and 3 leather jackets.

I basically have no dress , no makeup, or heels or sandals . I was content with my converse. Guess what laila did when she heard about the contents of my wardrobe apart from the hunting gears... She burst out crying. I mean really crying , weeping . You have no idea how freaked out I was that moment. I mean imagine you and your friend walking casually in the school corridor and after listening to your description of your wardrobe , your friend suddenly falls on the floor and starts weeping like her gandma jut got run by a tractor. I mean seriously, I looked at her like she just murdered a child , after snapping out of my trance. I Helped her up , she dusted herself turning to me , and saying " we are soo going shopping , be ready at 5:30, you will come no matter what , i will drag you by your hair if have to." . I was shocked would be an understatement , my wolf was growling at her for respect. I knew my eyes were turning silver , I quickly shut my eyes and tried calming my wolf down. When I was sure my wolf would not rip her throat out. I turned and smiled at her telling her "ofcourse" .

And here I am sitting on the sofa still 1 hour for laila to arrive. My wolf and I loved laila as a sister . We both could sacrifice our lives for her . She was like a sister I never had. She filled the void in my heart which was from the loss of my brother.

I still can't believe how much I love xavier , everything about him , his laugh, smile , his cute pout, his scowl...hell even when he flips his hair. I die every day inside knowing that I have to lie to him about me being a human. I always dream what it would be like between us if I had a normal life. I am interrupted from my thoughts by loud car horns. God she's acting like the worlds gonna end. I open the door and glance at her black bmw seeing her wave her hands like a woman on steroids. I lock my front door and purposely walk slowly towards the car smirking when I see , laila getting pissed with my turtle pace. When I slid in her car , my ear drums start hurting due to her lectures about " why you should listen to your friends" and " how you should have good clothes to wear , since its important " . I felt like snorting out at the last one but restrain my self from doing so cause I seriously did not have patience to hear her lecture me on " why girls shouldn't snort". When we reach the mall. I let out a sigh of relief. Jumping out of the car and head towards the mall. Laila catches up to me dragging me to a shop named "New Look".

After 36 shops and 3 cotton candies later . We finally reached home. Gosh I never felt soo desperate to stretch my sore back on the mattress. When I am in my personal heaven aka bed the devil aka laila bursts through the door grinning like a maniac. I mean is she serious, after shopping for six continues hours , I look like a fucking zombie while she's prancing around like a deer. I think she's high on cocaine. Shaking my head , I lift my eyebrows questioningly . She pounces on me successfully getting an "ooff" out of me.
She but all screams at my face " lets prepare what your gonna wear, I want xavier to drool at you tomorrow "

I blush at her statement and groan yelling out " But the parties tomorrow , so get out & thanks for helping me shopping.."

After successfully kicking her out of my house . Start my training.

After my training , I lay on the bed chuckling at the memories of laila dragging me to each and every shop . My phone beeped. I looked to see xavier telling me good night. I reply to him and fall asleep with my sexy mate in my mind.
