A phone went ding. Doyoung checked to see who messaged him and saw it was from his father. His father was asking if he has acquired their teacher's recommendation.
Doyoung went exactly to their teacher the next day to get it. He walked into the teachers office with careful steps.
"Sir," he approached their adviser.
Mr. Yang looked up and nodded to him in response, acknowledging his presence.
"Yes?"
"I need a recommendation from you. When...can I...?" Doyoung asked timidly.
Mr. Yang sat up straight. He laughed in a supressed manner.
"Doyoung, do you think I can still give a recommendation after what happened?" Mr. Yang started.
"What?" Doyoung asked, keeping his tone polite.
"Look at what happened at the festival, one of your classmates got hurt badly. You can't lead nor control the class as their president and you expect me to write you what?" Mr. Yang finished. He turned back to his work. "Go, I'm busy."
Doyoung greatly hesitated but still turned to leave. He walked out of the office with heavy steps filled with perturbation. What will he tell his father? The man had been nagging at him nonstop for this, but he won't be getting it. His father will most definitely not be happy to hear about this news. Doyoung was now outside the hallway, clenching his uninjured hand into a trembling fist.
"This is all because of you, Seunghun." He whispered vehemently.
A surge of malevolence circled through his thoughts like poison crawling all over. He focused all his blame, fear and anger into picturing Seunghun's face. The need to torment him back for everything he caused to them, to him, it made Doyoung's heart thump in erratic beats.
"I will get rid of you."
ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ
"I'm thinking about getting someone that can do an exorcism." Doyoung announced to the class.
Seunghun was absent. He was no where to be seen around the classroom nor anywhere in the entire school. It was probably because he was hiding now, after all he was already exposed of his true identity. Many of them are still in shock and have not fully wrapped it in their heads that a ghost had been hiding right under their noses.
The seat next to Yoonbin was now empty.
"What?" Yoonbin asked, not sure if he heard Doyoung right.
"Where will you even get an exorcist?" Junghwan questioned.
"That's why I'm here to ask if you have any one you know or have any suggestions about where we can call for one. We need to get rid of Seunghun now before he does anymore damage to any of us. He should disappear fast." Doyoung proclaimed.
"Do you really have to?" Jihoon asked.
Junkyu and Haruto looked towards their friend, both perplexed by his words.
"What? Are you objecting?" Doyoung looked at him in disbelief.
Jihoon just blinked at him. He said nothing and just looked away with his eyes now gazing at the window. Doyoung disregarded him.
"Everyone else agrees?" Doyoung asked out loud.
Most of the class gave responses of affirmation and some actually withhold their right to vote. Doyoung paid no attention to the neutrals for his lips twitched as the corners wanted to curl in satisfaction from the majority of answers he received.
