I turned to see what the commuting was about and saw three limp figures walking out of the building, covered in black ashes. It was them...Sunghoon, Jake and Jay...
Hyemi looked up with puffy eyes, and her eyes lit up as soon as she found Jake coming to her. She threw her arms around him and he picked her up, twirling her around. I looked at them happily, unaware of the other two staring at me.
"Do you want me to do that to you, too?" said a cold voice.
I looked to my side and Sunghoon was smirking at me, holding an ice pack to the side of his head. I opened my mouth to ask questions, but Jay looked from him to me like a tennis game, nodding and looking proud of Sunghoon.
Sunghoon came up to me and hugged me tight. Dropping the ice pack, his arms wrapped around my waist and tucked his head into the crook of my neck. Students started to whisper. I returned the hug, not so tightly and surprised, and immediately asked "What the hell happened? Where were you? Did you get hurt? I was so worried and-"
He smiled at me and ruffled my hair. I stared at him; did he suddenly like me? Did something happen to his brain after getting hit? I looked at Jay and he shook his head, grinning cheekily at us. I then realized he had his phone out. My face dropped: oh my god.
I sighed and grabbed a pack of wipes from my bag, wiping Sunghoon's face aggressively. He knelt down to my height and allowed me to do the work.
I heard Hyemi scolding Jake and Jay just stood there, saying "No one for me?"
A group of girls came up, holding wipes and giggling, and Jay said "Oh hell nah." before getting chased down.
Me and Sunghoon laughed at him with Hyemi and Jake and the other students. Sunghoon looked into my eyes and I frowned at him.
He chuckled and said "You got two habits I've kept in mind."
"And what may they be?" I asked.
"First, when you're thinking, your eyes turn up. Second, when you're annoyed, mad or confused, you scrunch your nose."
He ruffled my hair again and I stared at him. So, he was keeping notes about me in his head? Hm, I wonder why.
