"Anyways, I don't think I'll be able to go to school anymore." said Sunghoon, cracking his knuckles after shooting the basketball into the hoop.
"Why not? Nobody's gonna know." I replied.
"I know that, but I have to be careful. Same with the other 6. We don't always know who's bound to be part of the mafia group so we have to take caution."
"You think anyone from school is going to be an agent?"
"I mean, look at me and the rest. We're agents despite our age." said Sunghoon, passing the ball to me.
I caught it firmly, and raised my brows at him in question.
"Play with me." he said, smiling at me.
God damn, he looked so fine with his outfit and his sweaty, messy hair. I struggled to focus by the sight of him, so I stumbled on a few steps. I regained control, though, successfully dribbling past him and dunking into the hoop.
He began to clap, whistling at me and saying cheerful things. I covered my face, embarrassed as other people were watching us.
An old couple grabbed my attention, the wife saying, "Awh, look at that young couple~! I wish you had cheered me on like that when we were younger."
She then smacked the husband's arm, causing him to whine.
"What do you mean? I did cheer you on like that! You were too busy praising yourself to notice anyway. Hmph."
"Aishh~, you were never this handsome." said the lady, causing me to giggle at Sunghoon's shy face.
"Well you weren't ever that pretty either!" replied the man, having Sunghoon laugh at me instead.
"Then why are you married to me now, huh!?"
"Because I love you~"
The old couple began giggling and sat on a bench, near where me and Sunghoon were, watching us play.
I winked at Sunghoon, deciding to give the old couple a little entertainment. He winked back, smacking the ball out of my hands and ran to the hoop, shooting it in.
"Yah, you cheater! You were traveling!" I screamed, noticing the couple laughing at the both of us.
Sunghoon stuck his tongue out at me, running to the other net. I raced after him, both of us in front of each other. I nodded my head, daring Sunghoon to dribble the ball. And he did, but this time I had taken it away from him.
I shot the ball, jumping mid-air, but Sunghoon had caught me just in time, placing my body above his shoulder. I got carried away as I watched the basketball fall through the hoop, and started to yell. The grandma was fangirling over his actions.
"Put me down, Sunghoon! I swear to god!" I yelled, slamming my fists on his back.
He spun me in the air, before putting me on the ground and kissing my lips softly.
The couple started cheering, the grandma squealing the most.
"So cute~! Oh my!" she squealed, clapping her hands at the same time.
We both bowed at them, and we ran towards them as they signalled us to come to them.
"Oh my, you are so beautiful!" she said, holding my face in her palms.
"Thank you, halmeonim." I replied, bowing to her again.
"And you, my son, you are very tall and handsome!"
"Thanks, madam." he replied, bowing 90 degrees to her.
"You know, my rascal husband here is also called Sunghoon." said the grandma, pointing to her husband on the bench. Sunghoon shook hands with the elder man, bowing at the same time.
