Fidgeting, Star pulled out the old bell. As she rang it, the demon carriage appeared before her.

"Cool. But we could have used the scissor." Janna held up Marco's scissors, snapping them open and closed as Star glared at her.

"No. If we're doing this, we're doing it properly." Star grabbed Janna, pulling her into the carriage. As it descended, Star couldn't help but worry. Maybe this was a mistake. It was too late to turn back now as the carriage arrived.

Peering out the window, Star could see the EAC laughing and joking around. Kelly sat on a beanbag, Tad above her, scrolling through her phone. Marco was standing with an arm wrapped around Solar lazily... no weekly. Marco was holding onto his side where he clearly had been injured, leaning against Solar as they talked to Tom. Tom happily joked with the duo looking happier than Star had seen in months.

Finally, at the side, Moc gasped and chatted loudly with Ponyhead, who gossiped right back.

"Ponyhead! She didn't tell me either!" Star gaped as Janna shrugged her shoulders.

"If we're going to spend the whole time in this elevator, I suggest we go back up."

"No, no. I got this." Opening the elevator, Star stepped out. The whole room fell quiet, staring at her. "H-Hi."

"What is she doing here?" Kelly stood defensively by Marco, who looked less than pleased to see Star.

Tom dashed forward, holding out his hand calmly. "Woah, Woah, everyone. Star asked to join us, and I said it was okay. It is okay, right?"

Grumbling, the group hissed in agreement as they returned to their previous spots.

"Thanks, Tom," Star said, a relieved expression on her face.

"Don't thank me yet. You're in the lava pit now, so choose your corner wisely."

Sharing a look with Janna, Star looked baffled. "Corner?"

"Yep. There are three sections to this gathering. You have the gossip corner where EAC members can catch up with the lives of those around them. There is a relaxation corner. No talking is allowed in the relaxation corner. Only relaxation. And lastly, there are the normals. They... they actually want to watch the film. The film starts in half an hour. After that, you're not allowed to swap your corner. Have fun!" Tom waved goodbye to Star, returning to Marco's side as they continued chatting.

"Okay. We got this." She glanced at Marco, about to talk to him, when the laugh jammed her thought process. "Another thing. Pony head! What the heck?!" Star glared at Ponyhead, who rolled her eyes. "You didn't tell me about this movie night!"

"Well, it's not my fault you ignored the invite."

"Oh... right. Still, you should have told me. You don't even like Marco."

Gasping, Ponyhead shot up. "You do not dare to insult Marco in front of me!"

"W-What?"

"No, no, sister. I love you, Star but me and M-knife are like peanut butter and jelly. You can't have one without the other... unless you're having peanut butter, aka me!" Pony head posed as Star continued to blabber.

"M-knife? But Ponyhead, only a few weeks ago, you were telling me how much you hate Earthturd."

"Yeah, but it's been a rough few weeks. Me and M-Knife have been through some things." Pony head began tearing up dramatically. "We've really grown as people." Whipping her head around, Ponyhead landed on the pillow of the gossip corner.

Star stared in shock, turning to look at Janna. She was staring into Moc's eyes, a silent conversation going on as Moc held up a bag of food, and Janna took it. Star grumbled, grabbing Janna and pulling her away.
