I jumped from one branch to another avoiding all the kunais being thrown at me until I jumped over to a bridge, sprinting away from the land of fire's borders. I jumped off the bridge's beams into the forest on the other side and ended up tripping over a branch landing in a ditch from my excess hurry. I groaned in pain and moved my body slightly looking up into the bright sun cursing my luck, until a figure towered over me blocking out the sun.

"Why didn't you take the route I told you about instead? Such a reckless girl" a mocking voice spoke

I smiled brightly and sat up "Sorry... You are right. I kind of forgot... and I thought I could make the jump safely, but I guess I was wrong" I winced slightly moving my legs. Kisame sighed and extended his hand to me pulling me out the ditch. "Let's just get going before they follow" He said and started walking. I took a step forward but fell down grimacing slightly noticing that I sprained my ankle. He sighed and went back to me kneeling down and swiftly carried me up placing me on his broad shoulders making me blush. "You don't need to carry me! I can walk"

"Shut up and enjoy the moment, Jose. It is not like you are heavy or anything... You are lighter than Samehada. I'm surprised you can carry my blade so easily" he said with his usual smirk

"Don't call Samehada fat! It's sensitive!" I scolded him and looked at his hair. I always wondered how he kept it up even though he was a water jutsu user, meaning his hair should be stuck to his face 24/7. I touched his hair gently feeling how rough it was then passed my finger between it.

"Joselyn! cut it out. You will ruin my hair do" he complained

I laughed "How much hair gel do you put for it to stand up this way!?"

He chuckled "I don't it just naturally grows upwards that way... I wouldn't consider it like normal people's hair though"

I smiled and touched his spiky hair again "So it is a naturally spiked up hair....It kinda looks like a shark fin"

He thought and smiled "Yeah I guess it does"

I thought "Do you even have hair anywhere else?! Your body is so smooth! Can you even grow a beard? Now that I think about it do you have any eyelids? Is it true fish sleep with their eyes open? Do you?"

He looked up at me with a weird expression "You are freaking me out with your questions"

I laughed and gave him a kiss on the cheek "Sorry"
