“You think you're sorry?” Romina questioned looking from the door back to her mom.

Her mom looked at her with worry and confusion on her face, not being able to say anything but stare at Romina. Romina went up and walked over to the window where bars were now placed over it and pointed to them.

“Speechless wow that’s great. Look at these, you never wanted me back as your daughter. You were preparing for this, for your savior not me!” Romina yelled.

“I always wanted you back.”  Orleen said, still just staring, not even blinking once.

“Bull shit! You keep looking with the corner of your eye to the door and back. You're waiting for a sign you have cracked me so you can call Vytis back in here saying I am ready. Do you even think if I thought you cared I would still do it?

Romina said, looking away from the window now straight at Orleen.

“You do not speak to me and your dad that way Romina!” Her mom said, standing up  from the bed in anger.

“You guys are not my parents anymore, never were.” Romina said, holding tears.

Queen Orleen got mad and did the signal that called Vytis in proving that Romina was right. They never loved or wanted her she was always going to be used for her stupid destiny. If she didn’t already hate them this would have done it. There was no way she was going to look at them as family anymore, there was no family.

“Hmm what a shock.” Romina said sarcastically when Vytis walked in.

“Is she ready my dear?” Vytis said ignoring Rominas sarcastic behavior.

“No, she isn’t our daughter so I don’t care how you get her ready just do it! She has made her choice.” Orleen said, holding tears and looking at Romina in anger before walking out leaving her with Vytis again.

“This will be fun, Khloris will grab her and bring her with us.” Vytis said.

Khloris walked in with her head down putting Romina’s hand behind her tying them up in a knot. Romina just stood with her back straight and a smile plastered on her face showing no sign of weakness whatsoever. They walked down a hall one very familiar to her. Her and Khloris would ride bikes down this hall all the time doing races and all types of stuff. At the end of the hall though Vytis stopped and pulled out a brick from the wall opening a secret passage. This kinda made a shiver go up Romina’s back as they walked down the secret stairs. When they made it down there was a small cell, cement table and many different tools.

“What is this place?” Romina asked

“It’s my interrogation chamber.” Vytis says, laughing a little under his breath.

“Do what you want. I won’t crack and you can’t kill me since I am the only way to stop the war.” Romina said.

“Oh I won’t kill you. You will wish I would though. Wanna give it one last chance?” Vytis said, signaling Khloris to tie her arms around a pull and leave the room.

“Not a chance.” Romina said, looking at Khloris when she left.

Khloris looked scared and concerned for Romina and she never looked her in the eyes or made any snarky comment. She was actually concerned which made Romina a little concerned as well for herself. Khloris left shutting the door leaving just her and Vytis down in the chamber alone.

“Let's get started shall we?” Vytis said, grabbing one of the many tools on the table.

               “Good luck.” Romina said.

Romina and Vytis started the “interrogation” while back at home Annika was resting after getting the arrow out of her and patched up. She hasn’t woken up since Romina has been gone, which has been about four days now and counting. Jovian has been worried, pacing the room non stop and getting no sleep, barely eating. Elowyn and Jovian have gotten close while Elowyn takes care of her while also helping her come up with a plan for Romina.

“Not much sleep again?” Elowyn questioned walking into Romina’s room where Jovian was with dark bags surrounding her eyes.

“Not really.” Jovian said, jumping when Elowyn walked in.

“Everytime I fall asleep I feel her pain or get flashes of where she is at but can never figure out the exact place. How am I going to help when I don’t even know where she is?” Jovian said as Elowyn grabbed her, sitting her down on the bed with her.

“Does Romina know this stuff yet? The visions and stuff?” Elowyn questioned.

“No...not yet. Not a good time ever to be like hey I have powers to and a crazy reason why to.” Jovina said, making Elowyn giggle a little.

“You should tell her.” Elowyn said

“I know I know that’s if I see her again though.” Jovian said.

“You will, don’t say that.” Elowyn said.”

“Annika still hasn’t even woken up yet. We can’t do anything without her either.” Jovian said.

“She will, it was a long procedure.” Elowyn said.

When they were talking everything got black and Jovian was placed in the darkness. Looking around trying to find Elowyn but was alone. She tried to focus on her thoughts and figure out the meaning of this. Until she got flashes and a clear view almost of Romina. It showed her in the chamber with bruises and blood running down many places on her body.

“Romina…” Jovian said crashing to the floor of the darkness in tears. As she listened to the conversation.

“Done yet?” Romina said in a wasp voice now.

“Oh I am just warming up.” Vytis said, hitting her again making Jovian flinch.

“You hit like a child.” Romina said

“You saw what I did to your friend. I can do that to you then finish off your other friend in the dungeon.” Vytis said.

“You're lying!” Romina shouted knowing it may be true.

“Romina we are okay, we are finding a way to you, I promise.” Jovian said to the vision, making Romina look up in confusion.

“Jovian?” Romina said before getting hit again, knocking Jovian out of the vision in the process.

“NO Romina!” Jovian shouted as she was back with Elowyn.

“Dude what the heck! You scared me! You okay?” Elowyn said, hitting her arm.

“I’m fine, I think I have a plan.” Jovian said with a smile on her face.

Meanwhile back at the Chamber Romina was thinking she was going crazy now or had a bad concussion. She could have sworn that she just heard Jovian talk to her like she was standing right next to her. There was no way she could have heard her though but it gave her hope that she and the others were home safe. What she didn’t know is they were safe for now…
