After about ten or fifteen minutes Romina’s parents finally open her door and walk into her room quietly because she was still “asleep.” Walking over towards her bed they both sit on opposite sides of her bed on the foot end of the bed. They wait for a couple more minutes before trying to wake her up. Romina pretends to roll over, wipe her eyes and yawn like she was in deep slumber.

“How are you this moring honey?” Queen Orleen and King Vytis asked.

                     “I’m okay.”

“Were glad, ready to start getting ready for your big day?” Orleen asked telling Vytis to leave so they could be alone.

                     “I mean I guess I am.”

                     “Why you guess?”

“Well for starters I am only eighteen, second I don’t even know the dude and third I’m tired and hungry.”

“No need to be nervous and you will have plenty of time to get to know him after the wedding. I didn’t know your dad till after either and we turned out okay, right? For the food thing, how about I make you some of your favorite strawberry pancakes?” Orleen said laughing at Romina.

                     “Sure, I’ll be down soon.”

Her mom left after heading downstairs to the kitchen to make her pancakes giving her time to figure out what is going on. Also that her parents did NOT turn out well like she says they did. Just another thing they are lying about because not only are they hiding stuff from her but they also fight a lot. Getting up she got dressed and made her way out of her room. She didn’t know where to start looking for the book so she was just going to have to check every inch of the castle until she finds something.

She starts making her way to every room and looking under all the pictures since she can’t trust her parents about not hiding anything now to. At first she had no luck finding anything or any hint but she finally found some kinda vault under a picture but didn’t know the combo. She had a good guess though and did her birthdate. Rolling her eyes when it unlocked she opened the door to find…nothing inside the metal box.

“Damit!” Romina shouted quietly shuting and locking the safe again. Doing so she also heard a noise and hide behind the corner of the hallway. Soon a panting near by the safe painting opened and her father came out of it angry.

“Thoes two escaped, again! How! My wife is going to be so upset!”

“King Vytis the queen needs you in her room. Now!” a guard said

                      “Fine, lead the way!”

With that the king and the guard made there way back down the hall, opposite direction of where Romina what hiding to head to the queens room. When the coast was clear she made her way to the painting where her father came out of and opened it seeing another lock on it. Yet again though it was her birthdate. “Typical” She said before entering the room and heading down the stairway. Going downstairs she noticed it was some kind of torcher chamber. Hearing a loud sound by the door she hide seeing some guard come down, hitting and knocking him out she ran upstairs and locked him in.

Quickley after she started walking fast back to her room and walked in out of breath to see a dress and a note sitting on her bed. The note read:

Dear Romina,

This use to me your grandmas wedding dress which was passed from all the women before her. It went to her and then to me after, now I am handing it over to you. Your ancestors would be so proud to see the women you have turned into and they are watching and cheering you on from the big light of fire above. Now put this on and lets get this amazing day started!

                                                                                                                                                                                                       Love, Your Mom

She picked up the dress and examined it after reading the note her mom left her and was surprised to see how good in shape this dress was after being passed down so many times. It was a bright white color corset dress with white flower lace all around it. With a train that was so long it was going to have to be carried by at least four people as she walks down the isle. It also had a really big crinoline underneath of it to make it super poofy. After examining the dress Romina put in on just in time to see her mom walk in.

“You look beautiful Romina.” Her mom said looking at her with tears forming in under her eyes.

                         “Thanks mom.”

“Well give it a little spin!” The queen said moving her hand in a spinning motion.

“Woosh, woosh!” Romina sound affected while she twirled her dress making both her and Orleen laugh.

“I can’t believe my daughter is getting married!”

“I can’t either…” Romina said under her breath so her mom wouldnt hear.

“Is that my baby Romina!” Vytis said as he enterned the room.

“It sure is, our baby is all grown up.”

“You look amazing, Romina. You ready to start heading downstairs to the patio?” He dad said.

“Yep, let’s do this I guess.”

When they got to the patio it was filled with the color of yellow and teal with a lot of orange hibiscus flowers. There were so much food as well: Cake, Chocolate, muffins, stones, turkey, ham etc. Seeing all the food Romina’s stomach growled remembering that she was suppose to get pancakes but never actually did. Probably because they got in a fight after what ever her dad did and said she would be upset over. She started to feel very sick and light headed, thinking she thought this would be a good way to stall getting married and a longer time to figure out what was actually going on with this wedding. So after a few more steps Romina decided to “faint.”

“Oh no! Romina! Get her to her room and checked out now! Her parents demanded the guards.

“Right away my queen and king!” They said picking her up and walking away fast.

“It worked!” Romina whispered to herself as they carried her away from the wedding and her parents.
