Cole's POV

We were almost caught, but we managed to escape. The four of us promised not to poke our noses where we weren't supposed to. In the morning, I met my brothers and the senseis in the eating quarters. We sat down at our table with our breakfast.

"Did you find any clue of Zane?" Sensei Wu asked.

"Yes!" Kai smiled. "I think they're using him for something. But what..?" Kai explained everything that happened last night. I ate quickly without realising. I finished my breakfast before Kai even took one bite.

Sensei Garmadon didn't makeeye contact with anyone. Not even Lloyd. He hasn't touched his food or said anything to anyone. I knew something was up.

"Sensei G?" I asked. "Are you alright?"

"Hmm?" he looked up. "Oh, yes. I'm fine."

I suspected he was worried about Lloyd. But we just need to find Zane and bust him out and we won't need to be in Chen's Games.

I noticed Lloyd was doing the same as Sensei Garmadon. Kai finally quit talking. I thought Jay was supposed to be the one who wouldn't shut up for nothing. But Kai wasn't just eating. I noticed he was staring at that redhead again.

"Cut it out, you pervert," I elbowed Kai.

"Was I staring again?" Kai blushed. "Oops.."

Jay rolled his eyes.

I glanced at the redhead. She was sitting with the other girls. The long-haired water girl was looking at Lloyd. When she saw me, she blushed and looked at her plate. I shrugged.

"Today, Chen has some challenges to help you train," Garmadon said. "To me they seem irrelavent, but he thinks it'll help. You'll meet the Head Gamemaker there too. I heard he could use magic. In my opinion, that's cheating."

Lloyd smiled and slightly chuckled at his father's statement. "Yeah," Lloyd said. "Magic isn't really an element, I guess. I bet he wasn't born with it."

Sensei Garmadon chuckled. "Alright," he said. "Go and get ready for training."

The guys and I prepared for our training by putting on the suits they gave us.

"This is sweet," Lloyd said. The suits were pretty cool. Mine was a little tight in my stomach area, but it showed every one of my muscles.

"What do you think we have to do?" Jay asked as we walked to the training room. "Hide and seek?" he said sarcastically.

Kai playfully rolled his eyes, "I seriusly doubt it, Sparkplug."

"I was just messing around," Jay elbowed Kai. "Don't get cocky, Hot-head."

Kai shoved Jay towards me. I shoved Jay back to Kai.

"Okay, okay," Lloyd said. "Save the shoving for the Games."

"But we're not even going to compete in the Games," Jay said. "We get Zane and leave this island. Nothing in that plan says anything about competing in President Chen's Games."

When we reached the training center, There was a man with black hair in a ponytail waiting for us. Jay tried not to giggle.

"Greetings, fighters," the man said. "I am the Head Gamemaker, Clouse. It's an honor to meet you four. These are your mentors?" He looked at the senseis behind us.

"Yes sir," Sensei Wu said.

The man paused. "Lord Garmadon?" he smirked.

"Clouse," Garmadon nodded at him. We tried to ignore the man and walk forward, but Clouse stopped us.

"Won't President Chen be happy to see you've returned?" he said.

"I'm not here to see Chen. I'm here to help my son," Garmadon said, trying to push passed Clouse.

"Your son?" Clouse looked at Lloyd. "So this is the son of Lord Garmadon?"

"Dude, we're going to be late for training," Jay said impatiently. "Can you let us go?"

"My mistake," Clouse said, moving out of the way. "May the odds be ever in your favor. Only one can remain."
