"Are you going to audition after all?" Felix's ears perked up at the word 'audition' and looked at Jeongin who had asked the question "It's a great dance academy actually, everyone is talented there. I'm sure you will pass"
"Wait, who is gonna audition? Which academy?" Felix leaned on the table as his elbow rested there, "Hyunjin. He wants to become a professional dancer" Seungmin finished for his boyfriend before taking a bite of his apple
"Guys! I told you I didn't want anyone else to know" he covered his face with his hands in an attempt to hide. Felix tilted his head and furrowed his eyebrows "Why though? You thought I was gonna judge you?" he frowned
Hyunjin pulled his hands away and sighed "It's just embarrassing. I wanted to be a dancer since I was a kid but everyone used to tell me that I would never become one because I have no talent and it will never be enough" he confessed and immediately felt two arms around him. He looked next to him and saw Felix's face close to his own, making him blush a little, "Don't listen to what stupid people think or say, Jinnie, I'm sure you'll do great if you really believe in yourself"
Hyunjin let out a soft sigh through his nose before moving his arm to pat Felix's head as the younger pulled away "Thanks Lix" he smiled at him to which the other replied with a bright smile back.
"To make you feel a little better.. I was going to audition for a dance academy soon as well"
Hyunjin's eyes widened and gasped "Really?!" he leaned towards the other "Why didn't you tell me?? You know how much I love dancing, we could audition together!" he gripped (gently) Felix's arm and shook him as he spoke.
Felix laughed nervously, "I-I know, that's why I didn't tell you" Hyunjin tilted his head, not getting it "What? You knew I was gonna say something like that? You don't want to audition with me?"
"It's not that!" Felix quickly shook his head before sighing "You're just too good at dancing and I'm mediocre. Compare to you, I'm nothing"
"Wha- Felix no, don't say stuff like that" Hyunjin quickly tried to comfort his friend by wrapping his arm around his shoulder "We don't have to audition together if it'll make you feel bad. Just know that I'll always be your number 01 fanboy when you become a professional dancer"
"Thanks Jinnie" the blond boy flashed a big bright smile but soon disappeared as someone slapped his food tray on the table, startling the boys, "Stupid english" they all stared at Chan and Changbin who just sat down on the table, the latter looking extremely pissed, therefore, scary.
"What's up with him?" Felix whispered-asked Chan who sat next to him "He got a low score in english and got mad at the teacher because she wouldn't explain to him what he did wrong"
"That's her job though??"
"I know but you know how Ms. Choi can be if she wants to"
"A bitch, I know. English teachers are all the same" Felix nodded his head and turned back to his tray while Chan tried to calm down his boyfriend by rubbing his back. He then noticed one person missing as he looked around "Where's Jisung? Wasn't he with you guys?"
Hyunjin shrugged "He was the first one to sit here but then suddenly got up and said he needed to use the bathroom. He ran out like he was being chased. This kid is weird, honestly" he rolled his eyes, receiving a small kick in the shin from Jeongin who was sitting opposite of him "Ow-!" Hyunjin jumped at the sudden attack on his leg as he pouted
"Don't call Jisung hyung weird, at least he's not a loser hyung like you"
"Aren't both annoying though?" Seungmin raised his brow without looking up from his tray as he heard a gasp from Hyunjin "How dare you, Seungminnie! I thought we were friends" he placed his hands against his chest dramatically
"Nah, he only likes me"
"We get it, Innie, you're taken in a happy relationship we know. Stop reminding us"
"Sucks to be you"
Chan let out a soft sigh after finally managing to calm down Changbin who was now eating his food peacefully, "Would you guys stop bickering and just eat? Just one time?"
The boys nodded their heads, not saying another word.
