After the initial tears of shock at what was happening, you began to look for a way to escape. You tried to access your inventory, but because your hands were tied down, it was of no use.
You were in the kitchen area of the home... maybe there was something here you could use. These ropes probably had a low durability level, and you would just need to find something to hit or cut them.
Looking across the countertop in the kitchen, you noticed a knife and smiled. How stupid of him to actually leave something like that out.
You then looked down at your tied ankles to try and find a way to move across the kitchen to the knife. Your toes were able to touch the ground, and in an awkward bent-over position, you were able to slowly walk on the balls of your feet across the kitchen.
You grabbed the handle of the knife in between your teeth and attempted to saw at the highest rope that was bound tightly across your chest. You could see small shard fragments beginning to form in the rope, and started sawing back and forth faster, eager to escape.
The rope then shattered, causing your entire upper torso and arms to be free. Quickly grabbing the knife in your hands from your teeth, you cut the ropes that bound your ankles to the chair and stood.
You placed the knife in your own inventory, and started to quickly look around the cabin for other items that could be of use. You didn't condone pilfering, both in real life or gaming, but you didn't want Issin to target Klein out of anger of your disappearance.
It was also for that reason you decided you weren't going to message Klein about where you were either. As far as you knew, Klein knew nothing about what Issin did- you didn't want to run the risk of either one of you getting killed. If you escaped, Klein would probably be made a default target anyways.
After grabbing a couple more knives and three vials of poison, you ran into the woods surrounding the cabin with your sword drawn. The two thoughts that were clear in your mind were to run without stopping and to find Klein to explain everything. Secretly, of course.
You ran into a couple of monsters, and detoured up into a tree. You were glad they weren't able to climb the trees. Slowing your pace a bit, you moved treetop to treetop, cautiously placing your feet on the branches. You then paused at the edge of the woods, looking for the nearest town. There was one in the distance- it wouldn't be too hard to travel to. It was late afternoon, so you could probably make it there by nightfall.
You climbed down the tree and moved through the tall grass alongside the path. You didn't really want to be seen by anyone from Fuurinkazan, if they were even in this area.
Three hours later, you were halfway to the town when you stopped under a tree to look at the floor you were on.
You were on floor 25- two away from where you were with the guild. Klein had previously told you that they wouldn't be leaving the town they were in until tomorrow- so you had to be there by nightfall.
Pulling out a blue transport crystal, you transported to the town on the appropriate floor.
The sun was just beginning to set. You quickly scurried off the transport platform of the town and into an alley. You decided to wait here in concealment for night to come- then you were going to go find Klein in his hotel room.
