(an Elliot POV)

It has been hours ever since I left my mom's base and finally got back to my kingdom. I looked up at the ceiling of my room, starting to pace around while holding my phone. "Why the fuck isn't he answering my calls?!" I was upset. Not because of the fact he is not answering my phone but it's because he's in trouble and I'm yet so far away from saving his city. I looked at my phone and realized I had a voicemail. I had no idea how long it's been there for hours maybe and I just realized it. I opened up the voicemail - it was Kris. "What. Last Goodbye? Oh Hell No." I put my phone away and grabbed my sword and looked at skittles. "Be a good girl and stay here okay?" Skittles looked at me as she laid down and looked down at the ground. "I need you to be here just in case my people get hurt. Who knows if they'll be coming for mines next. Can you do that for me?" Skittles nodded as I bent down and patted her head gently. "Good girl." I smiled as I left my room and out of my kingdom. As I stood outside of my kingdom, I checked on my wings and they were still injured. "Jesus christ what the fuck did she hit me with?" I sighed - not really wanting to walk. "It's been months since we've seen each other and he'll just send me a fucking voice note of him maybe dying?" I said to myself in an upset tone, walking pretty fast than I was before. "I swear if I see him again I WILL-" I instantly got cut off when my phone started to ring. I picked up the phone and it was Kris. "KRIS?! WHERE- IM SO SORRY WHAT HAPPENED EVER SINCE IVE BEEN GONE PLEASE YOU SCARED ME EVER SINCE THAT VOICEMAIL AND-" I got cut off by Kris, him telling me I should meet him somewhere. I didn't know what to do - nor say.

I was waiting at the location given by Kris expecting him to already be there, but it seems that he was late to his own request. Minutes passed by quickly as if time was speeding up. After some time he showed up holding what seemed to be a chipmunk by its tail. "Kris what the hell-" I said looking him up and down, he looked terrible. "It jumped on me and bit me! so now it's stuck getting held like this until I feel like it." He said brushing himself off. "So Uhm, I livee?" He said trying to lighten up the mood. "You're telling me, that you left me a voicemail saying you're most probably going to be dead, AND NOW YOU'RE TRYING TO LIGHTEN UP THE SITUATION? KRIS I'VE BEEN SO WORRIED FOR YOU!! I'VE HARDLY HAD ANY REST BECAUSE OF YOU, YOU KNOW THAT?" I said clearly frustrated. "I can't tell if you're mad at me right now," He said sounding oddly monotone. I was so furious I had no idea what to do or say. So I did the most normal solution to a problem like this, and punched him in the nose. He let go of the chipmunk and held onto his nose, wailing around like a baby. "Oh my god Kris I'm so sorry I didn't mean to do that I just got so--" I got cut off by him; "Is this what I get for punching 2 of my closest buds in the nose? karma is cruel." He said holding onto his nose like it was about to fall off. "Listen, no much time to talk right now. Things have been getting tense, and if you didn't notice, my life is shit right now, my city is gone, my people are separated, and I look like a homeless person. We need you right now more than ever." He said. "Are you up for that?" He continued sounding better than before. I hesitated for a moment, "I'm ready." I said and reached my hand out to his nose, healing the wound. "W- you can heal?" He said sounding more confused than ever. "Uhm- yeah? I told you this the first time we met-" I said and rolled my eyes. "My bad, listen the alliance is going to be gathering over at Alex's kingdom, I know you haven't met any of them because none could make it to your celebratory day. Now is the best time to show them what you're capable of, you got this, but first, you need to go through the obligatory training, it's literally engraved in stone." He said turning around "Let's walk over to His castle, I left all my equipment in my totally cool backup house that is NOT a bunker."

We walked for minutes without saying anything, the awkward tension was real. "So, anything interesting happen to you?" he said looking over at me, he looked pretty bummed out. "Well.." I thought on all the events that have led up to bring me here and my mother and everyone else who stumbled upon my way. "No, not really." I looked away in embarrassment. We continued walking until we reached a direct path and that's were we bumped into one of the Primordials, and someone who I've never seen before, who seemed to be heading to the same place we were. "You Jordi and AJ! Back here wait up!" Kris said before hurrying over to them and greeting them. I followed behind him and Kris turned around to me, "Elliot, this is Jordi, The fire elemental, and this one over here is AJ, who seems to have awakened some earth elemental in him, which is weird because the earth elemental vanished eons ago." He said and Jordi slowly took out his hand for a handshake, he looked pretty beat up sort of how Kris looked. I shook both of their hands and also introduced myself. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you, sorry for not being able to go to the day of your celebration." Jordi said weakingly. "Worry about yourself first- you look horrible what happened?" I said and looked over at Kris who seemed to be shamefully looking away. "Just a small battle, nothing too big." Kris said still looking away, but his expression made me believe it was something big. We continued our walk through the trail all while exchanging glances and smiling awkwardly. "So what are your elemental powers, Elliot?" AJ said trying to spark up a conversation. "Oh nothing much, I can grow and control plants, and i also kknow a little bit of healing." I replied trying not to make myself look bigger than the others. "That's awesome, How'd you and Kris even meet? Why would you hide yourself from the Primordials until recently?" He said, and I ignored the second question, and just shrugged. "I wasn't expecting to even see Kris at all with his overdramatic voicemail he sent me." I said exchanging glances with Kris. "I said I was sorry jeez I already have enough pressure on me," He whispered and we saw an old sign with directions to the Electric City. "We're almost there, we can already see the huge city in the distance." Kris continued. "This will be your first time visiting the elelectric city huh? No time for tours this time, we need you to meet the others." Jordi said walking slowly behind with the help of AJ who seemed to be supporting him with his arm. "Others? You mean all the Primordials will be there? Why--" I got cut off by Kris who was pointing over to a direction, when we all looked there we saw 3 DarkGuards huddled together who seemed to be communicating. "What do you think they're doing here this close to the Electric City?" AJ said, and we all got into a stealth position, they were all facing away from us so they couldn't notice us sneaking behind them. Kris held out a robotic finger signaling us to stop and listen. "So what do you think the seal is? Dark Knight keeps talking about it in all of his plans." One said. "I don't know, but it has to be something extremely important if he heads out on a mision by himself." The other said. "Why can't you guys mind your business? He could have our heads chopped off if he finds out we were even so close to the Electricity Primordial." The third said. By the time they turned around to walk away we were all back on our way hurrying to enter the Electric City. "A seal? What the hell is that??" Kris said. I stayed silent and watched them argue over what it could be, but by the time they stopped we were already here. Two guards who's armor seemed to glow opened the gates for us, and even saluted us. After months of being labeled as a Primordial, I can finally meet and work with everyone else.
