quick note - I have no idea what was going through my mind while I wrote this last year (?) and I also took a massive break from writing, and then I came back to whatever this mess was. I'm trying to pick up from where I left off, but the pieces are very difficult to put together, just bear with me while I finish this dreadful excuse for a book.

The dark soldiers were out fighting outside, the kingdom was left unguarded. They slowly walked around the vacant homes, looking for any sign of actual life and/or survivors. After some walking Kris stopped. "Why are we stopping here, Kris?" Kris stayed quiet. He was looking at what seemed to be an old shabby house. Elliot immediately stepped in; "Kris, we do not have time for this, come on. We can talk about this later okay?" Elliot said in an assuring matter. "You're right. I just need to get a look inside. You guys go on ahead, AJ knows the way right? So does Tomb. But Tomb is staying with me so he can lead me after I'm done here." Kris said as he walked toward the old house, and Elliot sighed. "Let's go, guys, It won't be long," Alex said softly before having AJ lead the way. Tombstone walked towards Kris and put his hand on his shoulder. "Why'd you stop here?" he asked. Kris stayed quiet for a while more as he slowly opened the door, It seemed to scream in pain as it stopped opening and Kris stepped inside. "This.. was my home- my mom's home." Kris finally let out. "Oh shit" Tombstone replied. The house hasn't been touched in what felt like a decade already. All the furniture and decorations were still in place, some knocked over from the fight that occurred in there. Kris let out a sob. "I just wish I could've done more." He grabbed a framed image of his mom and him standing side by side smiling. Tombstone stayed quiet. "I'm sorry. I'm losing track. I just want to check out her room if that's okay with you." Kris said softly, wiping the tears off his face quickly as for Tomb not notice. "Thats.. Fine Kris." He said as he leaned against the wall. Kris walked over down the hall and into the room that his mother used to sleep in. Her bed was still made from that morning years ago, the curtains and bed sheet had already lost their colors and Kris looked around. He took a photo of his mom that seemed to have been damaged by light, her warm smile and beautiful eyes staring back at Kris. He put the photo in the satchel he's had on full of unfinished potions, he tossed the unfinished potions aside and walked out to Tombstone. "You seriously stayed? You do know I LIVED here, right? I know my way." Kris laughed as he closed his satchel and walked out of the house. "Are you SERIOUS?! DUDE!!" Tombstone shouted in anger but Kris only laughed. "Can't believe you fell for it. Let's hurry it up tho, race you." Kris finalized before starting to sprint off into the castle, Tombstone running behind.

When Kris finally made it inside the castle and into the massive hole in the wall you could notice from a mile away, The primordials turned to look at Kris and Tomb. "Finally! Jesus Christ took you long enough!" Jordi whispered. "In there, that's the tree of life, the council is guarding it around. We need to take them down, let's all focus on one target. I'm going after the Bladesman, Tombstone is going after the beast keeper, Kris is going after the war general, Elliot is going after her mom, AJ is after the Hunter, Jordi is after the potions master, and Millie, you're going after the figure." Alex said as he took out his sword and signaled the others to do the same. "I sense it. They're in here. Find them... AND KILL THEM!" Seviathan shouted as the dark council turned to the entrance where the primordials were standing. "You all ready? NOW!" Alex said as he rushed in with his sword out, the others rushing out behind him doing the same.

Kris immediately rushed to battle, Drago already waiting for him on the other side of the ruined room, The Tree of Life glowing behind the both of them. "I've been waiting for this moment my whole life," Drago said. "Kristopher Bridges. In the flesh." He continued. "A war general.. At 16? Impressive to say the least.. And now you're what? 18?" He took out two small daggers that seemed to be coated in gold. "What? Jealous of what I was capable of? Mad that you looked up to me?" Kris responded and Drago's smug expression quickly shifted to an angrier one. "You DISGRACED the dark kingdom. I will use your blood as a new coat of paint for my daggers." Drago said as he lunged towards Kris. Kris swung his hammer upward, stopping it where the daggers were ready to strike. "I have 10 different possibilities of attacks you can make, and I have a counter for each one. I thought more of a war general." Kris said before slamming the hammer to the side of the War general's torso, knocking him to the side. Drago took one of the daggers and threw it toward Kris, hitting him in his robotic hand, completely destroying it. "Oh goddammit," Kris said as he tried to move the robotic hand. In the span of a few seconds, Drago got up and tackled Kris to the ground, pinning him. "I would've expected better from a Primordial." Kris stayed quiet. "You're just as lousy as I thought," Drago said as he took the dagger out of the cybernetic hand, sparks coming out of it. Kris' dark brown eyes started rapidly twitching, they shone for a few seconds before changing color into more of a yellowish color. The hammer started changing too, the end of one side of the giant hammer grew spikes. Kris seemed worried about himself, and Drago slowly stood up and backed off, examining Kris who seemed to be frozen on the ground, twitching and emitting a strong yellow glow. "What the fu--" Kris grabbed his newly enhanced war hammer and swung it upwards again, but this time, Drago went flying upwards without control, Kris following from behind, his body still emitting the yellow color. "Put me down! Now!!" Drago shouted. Kris threw his hammer through the roof of the castle, making an opening for both of them, rubble and boulders falling into the room where the Tree of Life was located. There was a view of the whole kingdom and the Dark Soldiers fighting the resistance. Kris grabbed his hammer mid-air and let go of it, almost freezing it in place. "You will see what I'm capable of. And I'll make sure I'm the last thing you see." Kris finally let out. Kris started repeatedly punching Drago, everywhere in his body making sure he felt pain. He raises his metal boots and kicks Drago in his chest, knocking him back, while he's still floating up. Kris followed in front of him, Punching him with both the useless cybernetic arm and his flesh. Drago tried to fight back, but he dropped his daggers while he was on his way up. All he could do was try to block. Kris punched faster and faster by the minute, speeding up and tightening his fists. "PUT ME DOWN YOU BASTARD!!" Drago yelled out. "As you wish," Kris said before stomping Drago. Drago started falling back down, and Kris followed, grabbing his frozen-in-place hammer. Kris swung the hammer upwards, and slammed the spiked part down, stabbing Drago with them and pinning him to the hammer at the same time. Drago looked at Kris with fear and shock as he made his way back down into the room. Kris slowly made his way back down, making sure Drago looked at him. "Weak." Was the last thing Kris said before Drago hit the ground. The ground cracked, and blood splattered everywhere. The hammer made a giant dent in the floor but did not draw attention. Kris slowly removed the hammer from what is now an empty sack of skin, some of it getting stuck on the spikes of the hammer. Drago was no longer recognizable, from the blood splatter to the broken bones to the impact the fall had on him. Kris turned away to face the other Primordials and made his way slowly to Millie.
