Third P.O.V
After the big earthquake ended inklings from all parts of town filed out of the shelter hoping that everything was alright and they could go back to their normal lives but as they walked out only one word could describe what Inkopolis looked like a Wasteland buildings had fallen over onto the square covering just how damaged everything and dust floated in the air the moon was covered by just how much destruction had been caused suddenly the T.V powered on with life and Pearl and Marina appear seeming panicked "we come at you with this emergency broadcast of just how much damage was caused" Pearl says solemnly no joking tone or high energy in her voice now its Marina's turn to speak "the damage is disagreeable to say the least we had hoped less damage happened honestly" she spoke quietly almost as if she was whispering "I'm going to give you an honest and blunt answer" pearl decides to take the lead this time "although the damages have made great impact on our current and future lifestyle it has allowed us to see just how weak we are to natural disasters but since we've seen this we can build back stronger and better then ever" she shounts trying to motivate the other inklings and it works,thankfully the crowd erupts in cheers before the T.V cuts off....
The crowd has now stopped cheering and all decided it would be a good idea to find the remains and wreckage hoping to find something that can be salvaged....
Octo canyon
As the shrill and hollow scream passes over us we drop to our knees trying to stand our legs buckle from under us as a wave of heat blasts over top of us,the scream making us cover our ears the quake making us fall the heat making us scream out in pain hoping for these events to just stop,but as fast as all these things hit there gone just as fast not without damage of course....

As the wave passes I quickly stand and spit out orders to ensure that all the equipment is all right "you there with the bandana have a medical tent placed and get the wounded there quick" I yell urgently "you with the goggles no not you the other one,yes you check the ammo depot to make sure the place hasn't exploded" looking around I pull up my map of Octo canyon "okay the explosion seemed to take place in area A2" I talk to noone in particular turning around I find someone suitable to go investigate the area "you there name rank and service number" I point to a random inkling "um emma sir I'm a lieutenant my number is 19641974 commander sir" "alright Emma I have a special task for you walk with me" I order " um ok I mean yes sir commander" she responds with a ridged back and salute as I turn around and start walking towards the teleporters to the diffrent sectors I hear footsteps that reced once they stand beside me "I've got a special mission for you lieutenant if you come back with the answers I want then you get promoted if you don't then don't come back simple right" I question "um yes sir I'll do it" she replies "it wasn't an option but whatever floats your boat the sector is A2 now get a move on soldier" I order she runs off into the teleporter watching her leave I walk toward my office hoping to find out what happened there....
Third P.O.V
As Marie and Maria file out of the shelter they waste no time in heading over to octo canyon briskly walking through the crowd they make it to the grate looking around to see if anyone noticed their relieved to know no one saw them quickly turning around they turn into their squid form and slip through the grate....
Launching out of the valley they notice Y/n asleep on the couch covered in a wool blanket they can only wonder one thing how is he not awake they question themselves walking over to wake him they start shaking him....
Y/n P.O.V
Having a nice dream about eating a sandwich that tastes of straight heaven I'm awoken from my sleep by being shaken slowly opening my eyes I see Marie and Maria here questioning them "what the hell ate you doing here at this ungodly hour do you know how hard it is to actually get some sleep with insomnia" I shout irritated rubbing my eyes in frustration and sitting up looking to my left I see their faces worrisome "aw worried about little old me" I tease "no actually we're here to know about if an earthquake happened" they respond crushing my dreams "wow way to crush my hopes and dreams" I mutter under my breath....
While their running around trying to find evidence I go ahead and tell them I've completed the second and third mission they nod in understanding and continue to keep looking for clues while I sit back down and begin to get lost in my thoughts....
Oh shit I realize I'm the one that caused the explosion alright I need to find a way out of this one think Y/n think what could possibly be a believable excuse I've got it now to hatch my master plan....
"Hey you two can you come sit down and rest for a second you've been searching for hours nonstop why don't you come take a little power nap" I shout over in their general direction standing here and waiting I hear footsteps coming from around the corner putting my guard up and waiting to see who comes around I see Marie and Maria with visible bags under their eyes slowly stumbling towards me once they get closer they start falling useing Shunpo and clearing the distance hastily catching them and shunpo towards the couch carefully laying them down as not to wake them and covering them with my blanket....
Going back towards the arena I grab a couple of octarian barrels sitting around and put them close to the out side of the arena empty of course now grabbing a few more empty barrels I shatter them into pieces and scatter them on the inside of the arena as to mimic how they would have exploded and sent pieces flying shrapnel now covering the arena I grab a match and match box quickly burning them all to create the illusion that they were used to create the necessary flame to start the explosion quickly making the kanji for a Metal[金] slab I slam it into the groundwater enough strength to go through the floor it finally stays still putting chips on the edges and a discoloration onto the metal it now looks worn as if it was used to survive an explosion and since the ground is burnt behind it its an even better illusion....
Having finished what he needed to do he goes to wake up the two from their nap shaking them gently they awake "hey follow me I found out what the explosion was from" I explain quickly jumping up they follow after me as I walk towards the arena slowly "alright now this is where it starts if you look to your left and right you'll notice empty octarian barrel that reek of explosive material" pausing I take a breath and walk through the open hole in the arena "now listen carefully because this is where it gets complicated" pausing and taking a deep inhale I start to explain "alright first thing you'll notice is the shards of multiple barrels around the arena inbedded into the walls which means there were also explosives in here now walking over here there's a Box of matches on the floor all burnt up which makes this the ignition point" I pause to take a breath and start back up again "now looking at the burnt floor you can see this stuff was spread almost everywhere but looking to your left you'll notice a metal slab chipped and discolored meaning it took a hit and that how it happened" he finishes "but wouldn't the octoling be behind the cover so as not to get splatted" Marie questions "well you know octolings are a species that doesn't have alot of intellectual ideas" I counter successfully saving my ass....
Third P.O.V
Eventually our three people make it back unknown to them they were being eavesdropped on walking away the three make it back to the main hub it currently being early in the morning they're all tired so while Maria heads back towards her home which is magically still standing she hopes in her bed and lets the realm of sleep take her....
Marie P.O.V
As Maria leaves to go home I see Y/n on the couch and since I've now decided that he's going to stay with me I ask him a question "hey Y/n since you don't have anywhere to live right now would you be willing to stay with me" I ask nervously "Yeah if its fine with you Marie" he responded already expecting a no I reply with " Its fine if you- wait what you said yes I figured you'd say no" I question "well not having anywhere to stay and being homeless anything is gonna be better then the couch plus thought you could use the company" he responds back "really" replying happily I jump at him and give him a hug "woah calm down now" he replied quickly looking away I blush of how embarrassing that was starting to walk towards the grate and ignoring what just happened I call to Y/n "well you coming or not" he looks panicked for a second before responding with a simple "yes" now walking beside each other we head towards my hom- no our home now....

So I just had a brain fart and noticed I've been spelling reply wrong I've been spelling it with an i instead of y
Although a small mistake im gonna go back and mix it
