Its 9:15 pm I've decided to go ahead and complete mission two and three so we can be done with it and face the boss the reason I know the boss is after three is because of the aura that seeps out of the bigger grate in the middle it doesn't scream danger but something powerful is definitely there it might be worth a one on one between it and me but I don't know yet so I can't make a decision hastily anyway off track I'm heading towards the second grate now and since noone is watching I can just shunpo to my destination....
Third P.O.V
As Y/n uses his shunpo to get there he pulls his brush off his back and starts to walk around splating any enemy he comes across with the kanji for black ink [墨] he's got rid of most of them they weren't even hard they were easy in his opinion, since he's nearing the end he spots the zapfish and let's out a sigh since he gonna have to fight some arena thing as he nears close enough he waits for a second and the zapfish platform moves out of the way of the rising arena....
Getting ready to enter the arena he pulls out his lighter and one of his cigarettes, using the spark the lighter made his cigarette lights so he takes a deep inhale and allows the smoke to fill his mouth and seep down his throat slowly he exhales and so the smoke blows out of his mouth creating a cloud ready now to fight he jumps into the arena ready to fight the lights around the arena turn on one by one until a spotlight appears on him and eventually a rising platform looking towards the platform he sees a octoling....riding a massive robot thats wearing a fur coat
Y/n P.O.V
Getting an idea from the fact that I'm still smoking and the robots wearing something flammable I decides to play around with my opponent for a while and so I taunt them "oh wow you really need a robot to beat little old me thats pretty weak of you" the octoling is fuming from such an insult but what she doesn't know is that shes being played right into the palm of my hand "if you're really an elite soldier your disappointing you know that" I say as I'm dodging a flurry of strikes aimed at me as I keep dodging I'm righting calligraphy on the ground spelling gasoline [氣] and oil [油] If you mix gas and oil at a half and half rate you get an extremely flammable resource that burns longer than regular gas would continuing to do this I figure now is the time to reveal what I've been doing for the past ten minutes....
"Have you wondered why I haven't attacked you this whole time isn't it weird" I questioned "well no I figured I was just attacking you to fast for you to fight back" she responded hmmm thats what she thought well guess i'll say it "ha as if your attacks were slower then a baby" I taunt "since you just said that I'll smash your head in" she roars angrily though as she gets ready to charge at me she steps in a puddle and looks down "you must be wondering what that is well I'll enlighten you that is a mix of gas and oil its extremely flammable and with enough its even explosive" I explain her face takes on a look of despair and hopelessness " and if you haven't noticed its all around the arena there's no way out now" I taunt as she goes to attack me as a last ditch effort but before she reaches me....
I dodge and flick my cigarette at the ground just before it hits time seems to slow and her face morphs through multiple different expressions Fear,Terror,surprise, and finally Acceptance time speeds up until its back to normal and the cigarette hits the ground for a second nothing happens but soon a explosion so bright it rivaled the sun and felt as if you were standing within the jaws of the fiery ball, it was so loud that the earth seemed to shake in despair as it raged through octo canyon and shook aboveground, the sound it made was as if a ghostly hollow screamed and never stopped almost as if shrieking in pain and misery....
Third P.O.V
If you were in octo canyon your ears would be assaulted by a sound so horrible you'd want to be deaf your feet would feel as if they were taken right out from under you and there was this unbearable wave of heat that seemed to melt through your entire body but then simply rebuild you over and over again molding you together not allowing you to fall apart, Up in Inkopolis it wasn't any better the ground shook and your feet were taken out from under you the square looked like it wanted to shout and screech in pain like it was getting torn apart as cracks lined the city an alarm went of "Warning seek immediate shelter a magnitude seven earthquake has been detected this is not a drill" the automated voice spoke inklings were running in terror and fleeing to the emergency shelter as quickly as possible....
Y/n P.O.V
"I think I went a little overboard" I spoke out loud to no one in particular looking around I noticed the state of octo canyon the arena walls seemed to be falling apart the canyon was now more of a crater devoid of anything alive but me in my battlelusted stupor I got to in the moment and caused some serious damage but hey still got the zapfish and now I dont have to do the third mission since I wiped out life within close vicinity to me looking towards the zapfish I grab it and head back to the main hub but not before grabbing the third zapfish successfully unlocking the boss battle....
Flashback one month ago
Waking up I open my eyes and look around to notice the tube open a large tree with chunks of concrete around it now looking up I see it raining hmm same thing that was happening when I was cryogenically frozen stepping out my right foot touches the cold and wet concrete I flinch but ignore it slowly pulling my left foot out and putting it on the ground used to the cold concrete I try to walk but stumble so I look for a nearby railing to hold on to luckily I see one walking slowly so as not to stumble I grab it for support and hold my self up looking down I'm naked hoping to find some form of clothing I see a skeleton in a chair with a shirt,pants,socks,shoes, and finally a lab coat holding onto the rail for support I walk over and grab the coat with my left hand quickly wrapping it around me I push the skeleton out of the chair and finally sit....
After recovering from the numbness in my arms and legs I stand up successfully without support walking down the once pristine and clean halls I look at all the vegetation growing moss,vines, and so much more still walking I stop once I notice a door that has a sign saying "Locker Room" quickly opening the door and turning left I walk until I've passed the fifth row going towards the sixth I take a right into the walkway until I find locker 2119 I put in the code and grab the lock unlocking it and pulling the door I see my casual wear as well as my old battle wear looking to the right I notice my trusty brush leaning against the right side in pristine condition no less quickly grabbing my battle wear I get dressed spotting a bag nearby I stuff my casual wear in the bag neatly almost forgetting my brush I quickly grab it....
Walking down the hall I stop once I find a room with the words "Training Hall" engraved into the door opening the door slowly it starts creaking once fully opened it stops looking inside its dusty so quickly grabbing my brush off my back I swing it down with some force stopping just before it reaches the floor the dust all Flys around eventually leaving through the cracked windows seeing as the room is now clean I smile slightly seeing the training bots still plugged in I find the console and turn them on max difficulty the nine bots eyes power up and glow purple their intensity almost as big as my excitement quickly rushing one it dodges but not before I use my Spirt appendage on my left hand crushing it into a scrapball as I crush one I see two more run at me from the left and right quickly jumping I land on the one on the right successfully crushing its head looking at the left one I quickly write the kanji of Water[水] and spray it which Flys the circuits of the bot feeling a hand approach the back of my head I dodge underneath and punch the fourth bot in the chin disconnecting its head seeing the last five at a distance I write Hell[地獄] which engulfs them in an area of what I believe to be like hell melting the outside metal and frying the circuit....
Satisfied with my previous battle I walk towards the bedrooms seeing if I can find my previous room luckily I do quickly opening the door I walk in and shut the door behind me walking through the kitchen stopping at the bathroom I walk through the open door and close it behind me walking to the shower turning on the cold nob all the way on I start getting undressed....
After finishing my shower I walk towards my bed before finally letting my body rest and hopefully take me to the realm of sleep....
End of flashback
"I haven't slept in what a week" I ask myself "yeah that seems about right" answering my own question I walk to the couch and lay down my final thought being about how strong the boss is gonna be before I drift into the realm of sleep....
