The colonel got off of his ikran. 

He turned to look at Spider and then over to me while I was fighting in the grasp of the two soldiers, "get back to the bridge" he said to Spider pointing to me.

The people who were holding Spider started pushing him to the bridge.

"And keep them there!" the colonel then yelled.

"I'm going! I'm going" Spider said frustrated as he shrugged the guys' grips off of him and continued walking over to me. The soldiers who were holding me let go as I rubbed my arms from their strong clasp.

Spider jumped up onto the platform I was standing on and stood next to me. We watched the colonel's soldiers grab the three kids and cuff them to the ship's rail.

All of a sudden shrill sound of war cries turned my attention to the vast ocean where a giant group of skimwings came towards the ship propelled out of the water. They looked terrifying. 

But my gaze was interrupted by some more soldiers who apparently were going to escort us back to the main enclosed compartment of the ship. The began to urge us on to start walking and I refused at first before looking over to the colonel who was holding a gun to Loak's head. I looked up to his face and saw his eyes staring into mine. I drew back a sharp breath and let the soldiers lead me away behind Spider.

We were watching the action outside unfold quickly. There was a lot going on at once. Skimwings grabbing people on boats, Metkayina warriors spearing RDA troops left and right. It was too hard to look away. 

Almost immediately after I took my eyes off of outside to look for Spider a boat comes flying towards our compartment on the ship blowing up one of the engines. The whole ship began to shake from the impact.

All of a sudden Spider bends down and grabs a fire extinguisher. I knew what he was planning to do. I walked around the vessel until I found one of my own. Once I gave the signal to go we both ran up to one of the people who were controlling the ship and whacked them in the heads. Spider then pushed the lever that made the engines start up which ended up making the fire bigger from the wind. 

I ran up to where Spider was and smashed the extinguisher onto the lever so it broke. A guy came up behind us and Spider smacked him in the face. I continued to smash the lever before I felt arms wrap around me pulling me away. I fought in the person's arm as he turned around  and I saw about 5 guys holding down Spider and continued to thrash around in the soldier's arms before more people came running over to me and held me down as well. There was no getting out of this one. 

The ship was heading straight for rocks as some soldiers were trying to pull the lever to stop the ship from crashing. They did not succeed. The force of the collison made everyone including me and Spider go flying forward and onto the floor.  

"Damage report!" one of the soldiers yelled as he got up off of he floor. 

"Flooding, departements two and three" a women said as she fiddled with something on a hologram board.

"Abandon ship! Abandon ship!" the guy yelled while turning around to face us, "and get them to a boat."

Two soldiers grabbed mine and Spiders arms before pulling us towards the door. 

We walked down a staircase to were the boats were. Everyone was wearing life jackets except me. I refused to wear one. They are not fashionable in any way. 

The soldier we were following turned around to me. 

"Check your mask, make sure it's tight" he said while feeling the outside of it, "you too" he said to Spider.

I smacked his hand away, "I'm good dumbass."

We were moving from the high deck to the lower section of the carrier when Loak and Neteyam came from nowhere and started to fling the soldiers off of the ship into the water. We helped them a little by punching a few guys.

To end the sudden fight, Loak picked up the gun he had dropped and shot a guy who was about to get up. 

"Bro come on!" Spider yelled

We all jumped down a ladder. 

"Thanks guys" Spider said. I was about to say the same thing before Loak's eyes widened with fear and we all turned around quickly to see a soldier aiming his gun at us. 

"Go!" I urged them as we all began to run.

Loak tried shooting him but Neteyam pushed him to cover.

We ran across the ship and hid behind a wall as they continued firing.

"Give me that" Neteyam snapped as Loak handed him the gun.

Neteyam started blindly shooting at the guards, hoping that he shot something. He motioned for us to run. 

"This way." Spider ordered as he grabbed my hand to pull me along. We ran to the railing of the ship and dived into the water. Spider and I had our masks on so we could breathe underwater. 

I saw Neteyam dive in after us and something wasn't right. 

We reached the surface of the water and Loak turned around to face Spider and I.

"Omg!" he laughed; almost in relief. Spider laughed back but I was to busy looking for Neteyam. When he dove in, he was clutching his chest like he was in a lot of pain.

All of a sudden a Metkayina girl came out of the water on an Ilu at the same time Neteyam came up for air. 

"Get on!" the Metkayina girl whispered in a hurry. 

"Come on bro!" Loak called out to Neteyam.

"Ow, i'm shot" he winced, struggling to keep his head above the water.

My heart dropped right then and there.

I have been dreading this moment...
