I Was Made for Lovin' You, Lonny🥺

Andy adjusted his mask, standing just a few feet from their safety director as he explained all the protocols they would need to follow for the day.

The band was rehearsing at the Whiskey for their livestream concert to celebrate the release of Re-stitch.

"You guys have been maintaining your isolation bubble really well, so I'm not too concerned about the band specifically, just keep your masks on when interacting with your crew, and try to stay six feet from them at all times." He explained, looking over his iPad as he spoke.

"Alright, sounds good." Jake nodded.

The band made their way onto the stage, preparing for sound check since they would start filming that evening.

There was a strange buzz of nerves that the band didn't quite know how to explain.

It wasn't really a show, it wasn't quite like a music video shoot. It was...

Weird.

Yeah, weird was a good word to describe it.

Lonny unfortunately wasn't thinking about that at all.

Of course he wasn't. How could he when all his mind seemed to want to focus on was his friend, current roommate, and bandmate?

Lonny watched as Andy picked up his mic stand with ease, tossing it from one hand to the other as they waited to begin soundcheck.

It was a completely innocent action, something he wouldn't even notice if it weren't for the fact that Andy's mic stand was custom made to keep the singer from accidentally breaking it on stage(apparently that was a major issue back in the day, hence the need for a fucking steel mic stand).

It was around forty pounds give or take. It became kind of a running joke to send new crew members over to get Andy's mic stand and not tell them how much it weighs. The shock and utter confusion on their faces as they struggled to drag the same item Andy had been tossing around like a rag doll moments before never ceased to amuse anyone.

Amusement wasn't exactly the emotion Lonny would use to describe what he was feeling as Andy propped it on his shoulder, lifting the chrome base up in the air to use as a makeshift mirror to adjust his mask.

Only Andy Biersack could still manage to still look insanely attractive with a fucking face mask on.

Andy must have felt his gaze on him, and looked up, his eyes crinkling in what he assumed was a warm smile that made Lonny's heart flutter slightly.

Lonny liked Andy so much, it was starting to get annoying. Of all people to develop feelings for, why in God's name did it have to be Andy?

This could get so messy and complicated very quickly, and Lonny hasn't even been in the band a full year yet. He doubted Andy felt the same, but if he was? It could end badly.

Lonny was in fact disposable. Sure, they all credit him as the reason any of them wanted to keep the band going, but if they had to choose between him- the bassist and newbie that only Andy really knew super well at this point- or the frontman and literal founder of the band that wrote all the lyrics...

Yeah, Lonny would be fucked.

"Where are you?" Lonny jumped, and turned to look at Jinxx who was staring at him quizzically.
