-Avyanna Pov-

I woke up in the morning and groaned from the little pain from the wounds. I looked around and saw that in the only one up.

I went outside of the hut to breathe fresh air. As I sat there I felt presence behind me. It was dad. "Hey, everything alright?" He asked me gaining my attention. "Yea just exhausted" I answered him. He nodded understanding and told me to come eat.

A few days later me, Loak, Spider, Kiri and Tuk were in the forest. Loak wanted to explore the old shack. As I went to explore the nature others went to a helicopter that has been taken over by the nature. I spun around under a leaf that had creatures on and they flew down. I was so into the forest nature that I didn't hear others call my name.

"Avyanna," called Loak as he woke me up "come on we gotta go". "I was doing that thing again, wasn't I?" I asked him standing up. He just sighed nodding and we went to the others.

As we were walking back I saw something in the mud and went to check on it. "Ava, what are you doing?" Asked Kiri when she saw me. Loak was now by my side with the rest of us.

"What is that?" Asked Tuk curios. "They're too big for a human" said Loak. "An avatar?" Spider asked Loak. "Maybe but not differently ours"  I said for him.

We tracked the prints to the old shack. "Dude, that's the place mine and your father fought" Spider whispered to us. I was about to go and look closed when some avatars came.

"Dad's gonna ground you," Kiri told Loak. Loak didn't look at her "Stop". "for life" she finished her sentence. I taked a look at the avatars "We gotta report it to father". "Were supposed to be home by the eclipse" Tuk whined.

I looked at her "Don't worry, as soon as we report it were gonna go home". "Promise?"
"I promise" I held her close.

(Loak)(Jake)
"Dad, dad do you hear me?"
"Yeah I hear you, what's the situation?"
"I have my eyes on some avatars with AR's"
"What's your location?"

Loak looked me before answering and I nodded .

"We're at the old shack"
"Who's 'we'?"

He hesitanted before answering clearly regretting his decisions.

"Me, Ava, Spider, Kiri... and Tuk"
"Okay listen to me get out of there as fast and quiet as possible, got it?"
"Yea got it"

I took Tuk's hand and we started to move. We didn't get far when some one grabbed my queue. It was one of the avatars.

Soon we were all held prisoners. "Hey colonel look, we got half breed here" said one of them as he held my hand up. The one he called colonel came over  to us and looked my hand.

I hissed at him. He went to Loak "You show me your hand". But since it's Loak he just showed him middle fingers. "You're his aren't you?" He said sightly smirking like just won a jackpot.

"Where's your father?" He asked Loak "Sorry I don't speak English" He answered back. "So you wanna play this way? Where's your father?" The man said now nervous and annoyed.

When Loak didn't answer he moved to Kiri. "Don't touch her!" Spider yelled grabbing colonels attention. He moved to Spider "What's your name?". "Spider... Socorro"

The man looked at him for a second "Miles?". "Nobody calls me that" He answered. I then started to move to get out of the man's grip only to feel pain on my cheeks.

Did that man just slapped me!? Oh he will pay for this. "Don't touch her!" Loak yelled at the man. But the man only held me so tightly that it hurts.

It eclipse already. We heard a sound. Others must heard it too because they looked around. I recognised it. Irene was mom. I looked at Loak and he looked at me knowingly.

Kiri started to say something to Eywa. Then an arrow went through the avatars head that was holding her. I made eye contact with mom and she was hesistant to shoot the arrow through the man, that was holding me mostly because he was holding me as a shield in front of him.

I nodded to her to take the shot. She trusted me to move out of the way. The arrow went straight through the man's head. That was a sign to Loak and Spider to take the gas bomb and soon enough whole area was filled with some green looking gas.

I took Tuk's hand and ran behind Spider and Kiri. At on a fallen tree Spider fell off. "Spider!" Kiri yelled after him. "Take Tuk and go!" I said handing her Tuk. "But what about you?" They asked. "Don't worry about me, I'll be alright. Now go!" I went down to Spider.

I began to wake him up. But it didn't work and the avatars came closer. So I did the only thing I got left. I picked him up and tried to run but I was shot in the leg. I fell to the ground.

I tried to pick him up again but the pain didn't help. So I rushed to the bushes to hide. That's when I felt someone help me stand. It was mom.

We got to the others dad checked me for any injuries. He got more worried when he saw that I was shot and when he saw that my cheek was red he was even more furious.

"Did they touch you?" He asked looking my cheek. When I was silent he got the answer. That's the last thing I remembered before everything went black.

A/n
Gosh I can't believe I was able to make two longer chapters without losing interest of continuing to write. Anyway I'm not being able to update the book daily on week days but I'm writing it every change I got.
