"I'll wash up first," Jaeyun nodded towards Jaehyuk, lowering his physics textbook over his lap, capping the pastel marker he had been using to abuse the pages of the book. He yawned as he waved Jaehyuk off, placing his glasses on his bedside table, stretching to finally allow his body some movement after sitting cross-legged for a good 40 minutes, studying diligently for his first-ever midterm exam.

It's safe to say that Jaeyun kept his word when it came to not being an annoying pest in Sunghoon's life. He never tried to go through the barrier when it wasn't necessary, tried his hardest to keep a low profile and even offered sunghoon to just give him a high five that lasted for 10 seconds instead of going to the vampire's room and holding his big and dumb hand.

He would be lying if he said it was enough, but he didn't want to talk to the taller one, he didn't want to hear any more hurtful words than he could take.

So thus he made his sneaky escape as per usual, double checking to see if Jaehyuk was passed out well before he made his way slowly towards the hallway where they met up only yesterday. His pace was slow because he was trying to conserve his energy as much as he could, his wolf insanely weak due to the lack of contact with his soulmate.

Jaeyun finally found his way towards the barrier, noticing Sunghoon's presence was already there. He seriously couldn't stand the soulmate effects anymore, he needs to talk to the Head about this because he was tired and so incredibly fucking lost.

"No, yeah, take your sweet time, who cares about my health," the vampire said spitefully, voice hushed so as to not draw attention to them. The guards already know about them, having been informed by the Head that these sorts of visits are regular, yet that didn't change the fact that some students could still catch them.

"Sorry..." Jaeyun half-assed his apology, picking up his pace slightly because the sharp pain in his chest was increasing by the second.

"Whatever," Sunghoon scoffed, offering his hand by the border, waiting for Jaeyun to stick his smaller hand through, "let's just get this over with, I need-Fuck."

Jaeyun groaned, falling onto his knees as they suddenly went limp again, he quickly tried to steady his breathing and keep his focus on nothing. He didn't want to pass out, especially not here and now.

"Fuck, dog, c'mon, rach your stupid hand out," Sunghoon growled, hating how the dumb barrier was in his way, "you can't fucking pass out there."

Jaeyun held onto the last strength he had, reaching his hand through the barrier towards the crouched-down Sunghoon who quickly got his arm, sliding his body as if it was weightless through the barrier. He instantly felt better after being in the presence of Sunghoon, his head easing the dulling pain as the taller kept his hands around his arm.

"C'mon, get up," the raven ushered, a tint of nervousness seeping through.

Jaeyun could only whimper in pain, his legs still not responding to him as he stares up at Sunghoon with pained eyes, "I-I can't," he croaked out, hissing as he felt another pang of pain sore through his body.

"For fuck's sake," the vampire growled, swiftly placing the male's knees under one of his arms, the second arm holding his back. The raven picked him up easily bride-style, manoeuvring them to his room which was the closest to the hallway.

Jake didn't protest, didn't even try to think about the situation he was in. He felt good, he finally felt good for the first time in so long - his head didn't hurt, his chest wasn't constantly aching and he could feel the energy restore in his body the longer he stayed in Sunghoon's arms.

"Don't get used to this," the male whispered, allowing Jaeyun to cuddle up closer to him as they made their way inside his room.

Sunghoon was what everyone called a perfect vampire. He is in top health, always excels in his classes and is known for being one of the best Student Body Councils's the vampire's have had in a long time.
