Dear Mom,
I just got back from Michigan yesterday. It was a wonderful trip. I went with gram, papa, aunt kris, and the girls. We left Thursday morning and got to uncle Rich's around 1:30 pm. Five minutes after we got there, Janey got there, which I was very happy about. I stayed with her Thursday-Saturday. After she picked me up, we went to Big Boy. I'm sure you've had it, but I never did. I got a mushroom swiss burger in your honor <3. It was very good. Messy, but good. Then we went to Ulta. Oh my god. She got me so much stuff. A breathtaking eyeshadow pallet, primer, two sets of brushes, an amazing eyeliner kit, an eyeshadow stick, blush, THE BILLIE EILISH PERFUME, face wash, something else for my face, a face scrub, moisturizer, fancy makeup q-tips, cotton pads, this stuff for acne, and eyebrow stuff. I don't even want to know how much she spent. She said that I was hers to spoil, so I went with it and appreciated it more than ever. And we met this amazing man, Edward, there. You would have loved him. He was a worker and he helped us find everything. He rubbed the face stuff on my hand to see if I liked it and helped me pick out everything else. He was very attractive and very educated & passionate about makeup, which I loved. Janey also loved him. You have no idea how excited I am to move up here, mom. I'm beyond ready. We were going to go to bath and body works, but we had to get back to get her son, Barrett, off the bus. He is such a great kid, you would absolutely love him. He's only 7, but he is the most intelligent and funny child I have ever met. Right before I left, Janey said that he told her that he feels like I'm his big sister. That absolutely melted my heart. I watched him for two days, so we had some time together and it was a blast. It was so different in a good way because there was only one kid and there was no fighting and screaming. I stopped writing for a bit, but I'm actually going to get ready for bed. Tomorrow is Kamdyn's birthday. I got him everything he asked me for other than socks and clothes. He asked for two nerf guns, but I only got him one. Well, it's actually a nerf slingshot which is really cool; Barrett has one. Well, goodnight, sleep tight, and don't let the bed bugs bite! I really really really miss you, mom. My heart still aches tremendously. I love you to the moon and back. <3
