I put my keys on top of the drawer then headed straight to my room to put my things inside.

I heard my phone ringing and I picked it up and answered it.

"Yes dad?"

Here we go again. Family problem again. Palagi nalang akong nadadamay sa kanilang dalawa ni mama. Dati naman hindi ganito.

"Mag-usap nga kayo dad. Kasi sa totoo lang napapagod na rin ako."

I immediately ended the call. I heaved a sigh.

I hold my phone and carried it inside the bathroom, I put it on top of the counter. Then, I decided to take a shower. I open the door, turn on the lights, take all off my clothes and feel the water dripping on my body. Warm. I need this.

I'm in the middle of taking a bath when my phone is ringing continuously. Istorbo.

I turned off the shower and dried my hands through towel.

It was Xavier, calling me via video call. I tick the answer button but I covered the camera of my phone.

"Oh?" Pangbungad ko.

"Why so long to answer it?"
"And why covering your cam?" His eyebrows creased.

"Naliligo ako"

"So?" His right brow twitched up.

"Anong so? Edi makikita mo katawan ko." I said.

"C'mon. I already saw you naked." He smirked. I rolled my eyes.

"Bakit ka nga napatawag?" I asked him again. Kasi bakit siya tatawag diba? For sex of course.

Nilapag ko yung phone ko sa counter, facing the ceiling.

"Bakit bubong?" I didn't respond.

"You're in the shower right now?" Ang daming tanong. Kasi wala ka namang sinasagot. Pinagpatuloy ko na ang paliligo kong na udlot.

"Can I come over?" Probably his hearing the shower right now.

"Kads???"

"Yes, I can come over." He finally said. Inviting himself here. And then he ended the call. I laughed.

Moments later I heard a knock on my door. I opened it with the towel on my wet hair. I already changed with my pajamas.

"Good evening" I said upon opening the door for him to enter my unit.

"Good evening, love." My brows creased.

"Love?" I asked him. Anong nakain nito.

"Yes?" He replied nonchalantly.

"Feeling. Nakain mo? Ang saya-saya mo." I bitterly said.

"Anong nakain mo at ang bitter mo? Ampalaya." He second. He then put the paper bag with 'I dunno inside' on top of the table.

"Alak?" I remarked as he handed me the in can beer.

"May balak ka ba?" I narrowly asked him. He just scoffed.

"We need to celebrate. But your question is way more better." He smirked. I rolled my eyes on him.

"Birthday mo? Happy birthday" I greeted him even I'm not sure if today is his birthday or not. Malay ko ba we just know each other's name other than that wala na.
