The Morning After

Jade's Pov

I woke up feeling a little sore and with a headache. I opened my eyes and saw Perrie asleep beside me; this was normal since we always slept in the same bed. What caught my eye, though, was that she seemed naked, and I also felt naked, so I decided to look under the covers, and I was shocked to see that my suspicions were true.

"Holy shit," I said, jumping slightly off the bed. That woke Perrie up.

"Jade, why are you being so loud this early?" "I want to sleep more" she said sleepily.

"Perrie, look under the covers" I said, not even realizing that if she opened her eyes she would see me standing there naked.

"Oh fuck" she said and looked at me. She stared at me with such intensity, and that's when I realized. So I went back to bed and sat beside her, pulling the covers up.

"Do you think we actually did it?" I asked, embarrassed.

"We definitely did it" she said, grabbing her phone, opening the front camera, and giving it to me.

"Oh, my god" I said as I looked at all the marks on my body.

We stayed silent for a while, not knowing what to do, but then Perrie spoke.

"Look Jade, I think maybe that's life's way of making me stop being a coward and talk to you." She paused. "I don't really remember what happened last night, but I don't regret it. The thing is that I like you, like more than a friend, and I didn't tell because I was afraid of fucking everything up, but then my drunk self decided to fuck you and... " I interrupted her with a kiss.

When we pulled apart, I smiled at her; she smiled back and asked.

"Does that mean...?"

"Yeah, I like you too, Perrie, and if you want to give this a try, I would be glad to."

"Holy shit" she said happily, not containing a smile, which I found really cute. "Ok, I know we kind of did this backwards, but would you like to go on a date with me?"

"I wouldn't doubt that you did me backwards last night" I said with a chuckle, and she laughed, "but yes, I would love to go on a date with you."

"Great" she said, and leaned in to kiss me. We kept kissing, and she went on top of me. I had my hands on her shoulder while she was kissing my neck. At that exact moment, Leigh opened the door.

"Fuck! "I was rooting for you, but I hoped I wouldn't see it" she said, covering her eyes. Meanwhile, Perrie and I pulled apart quickly and grabbed oversized shirts to put them on.

"You can look now, cockblock" Perrie said.

"You don't have a cock, Perrie" Leigh countered. I laughed shaking my head. 

"So... what are you doing here?" I asked.

"You guys disappeared last night and weren't answering your phones, so I came to check if you're well, which you clearly are."

"I was better before you got here, but..."

"Perrie!" I reprimanded her by lightly slapping her arm.

"It's fine, Jadey. I know she's a meanie. Now both of you go shower and get dressed. We're going to Faouzia's for breakfast, and you guys will update us on how all of this happened." Leigh said so and left the room.

We were just finishing getting ready, and I noticed Perrie was a little bit fidgety.

"Pez, are you ok?"

"Yeah, yeah" she said, but I could tell she wasn't. I went to her and sat on her lap, looking into her eyes.

"You can tell me you know" I said, and she took a breath before speaking.

"I don't want things to be awkward with us and Faouzia" she said.

"It will be fine, babe; she gave us her blessing already" I said with a smile.

"What?"

"She noticed that I had feelings for you, and she said I should go for it and not worry because she was over it already" I explained.

"Good." she said with a genuine smile.

Perrie didn't have to worry; as soon as we arrived at Faouzia's house, she said.

"Leigh told me she caught you two fucking. Spill, I need to know how it happened," she said while grabbing our tea and placing it on the table.

"Well, we kind of don't know how it happened either" I said.

"What do you mean?" Leigh asked.

"When we were at the club, things got a little heated and we kissed. We went back to our flat and apparently had wild sex, which we don't remember much of. This morning, we realized what happened."  Perrie explained, and I blushed when she told our friends so openly that we had had wild sex.

"And like, what are you guys now?" Friends, fuckbuddies, dating?" Leigh inquired

"Well, I'm taking this one on a date" Perrie said, putting her arms around my shoulders.

"Yeah, we're not like girlfriends yet, but, you know, we like each other and want to see how it goes." I said this while smiling and looking up at Perrie, who was taller than me. She smiled back and pecked my lips. I was a little surprised she did it in front of the girls, but it felt really good.

"Oh my god, you guys are cute" Leigh squealed.

"I'll probably get tired of you two being mushy after a while, but I'm really happy for you two." Faouzia said with a smile.

"Thanks, girls; it means a lot to us" Perrie said.

We spent the rest of the day hanging out with the girls and having a movie night. As much as I miss my family, I'm really glad I moved here and have these three amazing women in my life.
