Jade's Pov

Our honeymoon was going very well, and it was a lot of fun. We did all kinds of water sports, we went on helicopter and quad rides, we hiked, and I have to say that it was pretty hot seeing Perrie having surfing lessons. Now that it was toward the end of our trip, we would be leaving in two days.

"I really don't want to go," I said with a pout as we walked hand in hand through the city center.

"I know, it is so nice here, and the food is awesome. Also, I think the sun is doing me good."

"It is; I like when your freckles come out in full force," I said, looking up at her with a big smile.

"I used to hate them" she said, shaking her head with a little laugh.

"You never told me why. They are so cute."

"When I was little, some kids made fun of me, so I started thinking they were ugly, but my mom looked at me and said, "Listen, Perrie, even if your face was upside down, you'd still be the most beautiful person in the room, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise." I thought it was funny, but I also never forgot it, it made me value myself more and be more confident.

"Your mom was completely right; you're still the most beautiful person in any room."

"C'mon Jadey, I'm usually the one that makes you blush," she whined.

"You know me, I like to switch it up sometimes."

"No, you don't," she replied with a smirk.

"Shut up!" I replied, slapping her arm lightly.

When she looked up and away from me, she saw something and had a smile on her face like she had a plan.

"Wait here; I'll be back in a second," she said and ran. She came back a minute later and told me to go with her. We stopped once we were in front of a street musician. He nodded at her, and I looked at them confused. I understood what was about to happen when he gave his acoustic guitar to Perrie.

Perrie's voice was something I would never get tired of hearing; it doesn't matter how many times I heard her sing at our shared apartment or how many of the demos she recorded for other artists that I heard, it was always like hearing it for the first time; it just got more and more amazing every time. She would always argue with me because I liked listening to her demos better than the actual released songs. She said she didn't want to hear her voice 24/7, but that was exactly what I wanted.

Perrie started to play the intro to the song, and a few people were already starting to surround us to hear it. As soon as she started singing, I knew it would draw a big crowd.

Give me more love than I've ever had,
Make it all better when I'm feeling sad.
Tell me that I'm special even when I know I'm not.

Make it feel good when I hurt so bad,
Barely gettin' mad,
I'm so glad I found you.
I love being around you.

You make it easy,
As easy as 1, 2,... 1, 2, 3, 4.

There's only 1 thing,
2 things, 3 words,
4 you.
I love you.
There's only 1 way,
Say those 3 words.
That's what I'll do.
I love you.

Give me more love from the very start,
Piece me back together when I fall apart,
Tell me things you never even tell your closest friends.

Make it feel good when I hurt so bad,
The best that I've had,
I'm so glad I found you.
I love being around you.

You make it easy,
As easy as 1, 2,... 1, 2, 3, 4.

There's only 1 thing,
2 things, 3 words,
4 you.
I love you.
There's only 1 way,
Say those 3 words.
That's what I'll do.
I love you.

I love you.
1, 2, 3, 4
I love you.

I couldn't help but get teary-eyed listening to her sing this to me. I got out of my reverie as I heard people cheering and clapping for her. As soon as she gave the guitar back, I tackled her in a hug.

'Thank you for this; it was the most beautiful thing someone has ever done for me" I said as we pulled away a little, still in each other's arms.

"I try my best," she said with a cocky smile.

"Oh, and by the way, I love you too," I said, and when I said that, she opened a huge smile and pulled me in for a kiss.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

The rest of our trip was great, and we mostly chilled at the hotel and went to nice restaurants as we had already done quite a lot of activities the days prior.

I was just zipping the bag I just packed when Perrie came behind me and gave me a kiss on the head.

"Thanks for packing for me babe." she said, sitting on the bed.

'I know how you hate this stuff." I said, going closer and standing in front of her.

"Still, thank you," she said, pulling me to sit on her lap.

I put my arms around her neck and looked at her. I really looked at her; I don't know how I was blind enough not to notice how incredible beautiful she was before all the marriage thing.

'You know it is impolite to stare," she said with a smirk, equally staring at me.

"I can't help it; you're too beautiful."

"Of course I am; I'm the second prettiest woman on the planet."

"And who is the first one?" I asked playfully.

"You, of course."

I leaned in and we kissed for a while; it was a very sweet kiss, and I could feel all the care Perrie had for me, and I hoped I could convey the same to her.

"Pez." I called her name as we parted.

"Thank you"

"For what?"

"For everything. I know that our marriage is fake, but I don't regret it. It made me see how I truly felt for you, and I will be forever grateful for that. Also, now that I have you, you won't be able to get rid of me."

"I would never want that," she replied with a smile, and then continued. "I know it may be a little early for that, but one day I think I'm going to marry you for real."

"And if you ask, I'll say yes."

Our marriage started for the wrong reasons, but now I was sure we would stay in it for the right ones.
