I hang out with Elizabeth on Saturday. We go to a tiny amusement park, and are considerably amused, so I guess the place did its job.

At one point, while we're waiting in line for an insane roller coaster that she begged me to go on, she asks me, "So, how are you and Griezmann?"

I can't contain my excited grin, and ramble, "Amazing. He's so lovable and sweet. Such a gentleman, but also just so heartwarming. My God, I love him so much! Last night, we snuggled and watched movie together. I was practically in heaven. And he kissed me. Oh my God, Elizabeth, Antoine's kisses are literally better than heaven. He kisses like... I don't know! I can't think of anything to describe how amazing his kisses are. Then he just gently kissed my neck for a while. He just showers love on me, Elizabeth. He's such a good boyfriend..." I sigh dreamily, feeling my cheeks, and how warm it is.

She sighs, but in a different way. Kind of sad. "Yeah, he sounds amazing."

"You don't like him, do you?" I ask.

"What, no!" she laughs. "Not at all!"

"Who do you like? Weren't you dating Mbappe a while back?"

"Yeah, I was," she rolls her eyes. "But that didn't go good. I learned he's not the right one for me. He was a little rude, and a little to... materialistic, maybe? I don't know. He wasn't concerned with some of the things that I think are really important. It just didn't work out, but I'm not even really upset about it anymore..."

I feel so bad. She was suffering a break up, and I didn't even know about it. I wasn't even there to comfort her, because I was so concerned in myself, and my own things. I such a horrible, stupid, a-hole of a friend.

"So, you don't like him anymore?" I ask.

"No, not anymore..." she says softly.

"Then who do you like, Eliza? Anyone?"

She smiles softly, her beautiful smile. I don't know how she doesn't charm every guy she meets, with her gentle facial features to match her gentle personality, and her beautiful streaked blond hair. "I guess... Well, I guess I still like Neymar..."

"Oh my God," I grin. "Neymar is actually pretty nice, even though he can be kind of annoying sometimes. I don't know how good a boyfriend he'd be, but I know he's a great friend. Hey, oh my God, Eliza, I just got an awesome idea!"

She looks back up in interest. "What?"

"Double date, Elizabeth! Me and Antoine are together, and we're also both friends with Neymar! I'm friends with you! We could go on a double date! Me and Antoine, and you and Neymar. What do you say?"

"Oh," she sighs. "I don't know. Neymar probably wouldn't agree to that. Everyone knows he likes brunettes."

I roll my eyes. "Come on, Elizabeth. It's worth a shot. Your personality is so golden, much more than mine, by the way, that I'm sure despite your stupid hair color, he'd just love you! You've got the most beautiful face ever, too! It's just that no one sees it, because you're always hiding behind the shadow of your hoodie's hood! And if it doesn't work, then oh well! You could probably still start hanging out with me and the boys. And then wouldn't that be awesome? My friend would be friends with my other friends. Come, Elizabeth!"

Finally, her rosy cheeks get a little rosier, and she smiles at me, tucking a lock of her straight blond hair behind her ear. "Alright, Sagey. You win. I agree to that, but only if you do all the planning and everything, with Griezmann, or whatever."

I grin and nod. "Alright, Elizabeth, I'll be sure to do that."

When we get home from our day at about three o'clock, I'm also going to take my driver's test this afternoon. I do it, and it goes great, and I pass. Once I'm home from it, I run to my room, to call Antoine.

He picks up. "Antoine Griezmann speaking?"

"Antoine!" I laugh. "You haven't saved my number in your phone?"

"Oh," he laughs. "No, sorry, surprisingly, I have not. I guess I just forgot. I was going to. Anyway, what's up?"

"I finally got my licence!"

"Finally, at the age of seventeen?" he teases. "That's great, Sage. I'm proud of you. But does this mean I won't have an excuse to drive you everywhere anymore, like to hangouts with the guys and what not, and dances, and the like?"

I roll my eyes with a grin. "Of course not, Antoine. You think I'm rich enough to get myself a car already. Plus, there's always the excuse of that it saves money for gas, right?"

"Oh, yeah," he says, and I can tell my the laugh in his voice that he's smiling. Both of us simply can't help from grinning madly, whenever we're even doing something so small as talking to each other. "I guess that's a good point."

"Plus, Antoine, why would we need an excuse, anyway? We're dating. And practically everyone knows it. I mean, I'm proud that everyone knows it. I want to shout my relationship with you, because I'm so happy it exists."

"Yeah, good point, again. I guess boyfriends regularly drive their girlfriend, whether they have to or not."

"Yeah. There's something else I want to talk to you about. I have this friend named Elizabeth. She's the pretty quiet cute blonde."

"I think I know who you're talking about. What about her? Wasn't that the one that hugged you the other day during lunch when you were sad?"

"Yeah, that's her, but that situation is resolved. It's not about that. But yeah, that's the girl. But there's something else about her."

"What is it?"

"Well, she has a huge crush on Neymar, much like I had- and have- a huge crush on you. But, much I did, she believes she'll never get with him. So I had this idea of a double date."

There's silence, before he says quietly, "Oh?"

"So, me and you, we go out. And we tell Neymar about the plan, and if he agrees, which hopefully he will, to go on a double date with a surprise date, I bring Eliza, you bring Neymar, and we, I don't know, go to someplace cheesy like a fancy restaurant."

"Hmm... Well, sure. I guess so... I've never really been into these kinds of plans, but if it's for your friend, who seems like a sweet enough girl, I'll agree to that."

"You should talk to Neymar about it on Monday," I advise. "And then tell me what he says. And if it's a yes, which knowing Neymar, unless he's with someone else again, it likely will be, then maybe we could plan that for Friday night, you know?"

"Yeah, well, sounds good, Sage. Anything else?"

"Nope, darling," The pet name literally just slips out of my mouth without any thought, and I make a weird giggle sound in surprise at it.

"I'm glad you can't see me, because suddenly, it feels warm in here," Antoine jokes. Then he adds, "...angel."

"Hmmm... Shut up. You made my heart skip a beat," I say, my voice a little too high.

"Alright, alright. Well, you made mine skip a beat too, you know. Well, anyway, bye. See you later."

"Yeah, bye," I smile. "Antoine." And I hang up.

I have a good feeling deep within me that a lot of things are going good, and that a lot of things are going to work themselves out.
