Chapter 20: Moon Goddess

Daniel's pov.
          After Michael killed me, I got into a pure white room. I was the only one there at first but after some time, a another guy came to join me.

If I was a lady, I would throw myself over him. "Daniel. How are you doing?" He asked coming towards me like he knew me.

"Stop there and don't come closer. How do you know my name?" Sincerely speaking, his voice was familiar.

"Don't you recognize my voice?" He asked with a smile on his face.

That was all it took me before recognizing him. "Alex." He smiled and have me a hug.

He was almost my opposite. While I had black hair, he was blonde. He was also also and muscular. The only thing we had in common was the brown eyeballs.

After some minutes of chatting, he asked "How long have you been here?" "I sincerely don't know. It seems like forever." I told him.

He just kept smiling looking towards a particular direction like he was expecting someone.

"Am I meant to expect anyone?" I asked him but he just told me never mind. I was looking at h suspiciously but he just shrugged me off.

After what felt like another forever, a bright light came from the direction he was looking at.

A pretty woman dressed in white and adorned with gold jewelry all over came out followed by a younger lady who was just dressed in a simpler white dress.

Alex bowed in respect but I didn't. He tried to pull me down but I just ignored him.

"What a pleasure to meet the strongest supernatural on Earth. I'm Selene the moon goddess. This is my daughter Selena." She said in a feminine voice.

" Hi I've heard a lot about you. It's a pleasure to finally meet you in pleasure." She said but I didn't even move.

" I'm so sorry Selene. Forgive his stupidity." He said which earned him a glare from me.

"He would love to greet you properly now." He said giving me the 'greet her of you want to see your mate' look which made me loosen up.

"I'm sorry for not greeting you earlier. I'm Daniel." I said which earned me a smile from everyone.

We were all walking after her till we got to a castle. It was nice and had a peaceful aura around it. I could feel the presence of other creatures but they were rather peaceful.

It was then a question popped into my head. "Quick one here. Are we in heaven?" I asked which made everyone laugh. 

"You are not in heaven bro. This is the moon Goddesses place of residence." Alex said between laughter but I sincerely didn't see anything funny in what I said.

We went inside the castle and boy it was breath taking. It was painted in white and gold.

There were a lot of golden artifacts in the place. After we left the place which looked like the sitting room, we went into an hallway.

We went into the last door in the hallway and from there, " Sorry. Only Daniel can continue with me into this room. Nancy, why don't you show Alex around?" The moon Goddess asked.

They both left while the moon Goddess and I went into the room.

It was pure white. The only different thing was the pool which was at the centre of the room.

"Daniel would you like to go to heaven are back to earth?" She asked me.

I was confused at first then I thought about it. I had nothing in heaven except my father. Everything else was on earth.

"I would go back to earth but I would like to ask for a favour." I told her.

"What would that be?" She asked. "Can I speak with my father?" I asked looking down.

She didn't reply me which made me worried. I looked at her and saw she had a long face.

" Look Daniel. I wish you could speak with him but don't you think it would be better to let him live in peace? " She asked which made me sad.

" Well since I can't see him, can you send my regards to him? " I asked.

She smiled to me which gave me peace of mind."I sure would. " She said which made me happy.

" Since that is all, would you like to go back to earth now? " She asked and I told her I was ready.

Like it was all planned, Alex walked in and we held hands. She smiled at us and with that, a bright light engulfed us which sent us back to earth.
