Chapter 21: He is alive.

Hanna's pov.
          It's been two years since Daniel died and truth be told, it was the worst because Michael took over the pack and everyone suffered.

I couldn't go anywhere except school. He and his mate were always everywhere. The rogue pack also came and joined as warriors and wolves died everyday.

Anyone who went against his rules died instantly and anyone who didn't do what he wanted died.

At first, I thought all hope was lost until tonight when where was a thunderstorm.

It felt like it wasn't natural. I was in my room doing nothing so I went to the window and looked at the sky.

There was a huge thunderclap and I saw a figure which disappeared as soon as it appeared but I was able to get a glimpse of it.

It was an angel. It bothered me so I snuck out of my room and went to meet Daniel's mum in her room.

I told her about it and she gave a small smile of hope. I was confused and when I asked her, the only thing she said was "He is alive."

I also thought about that because the mate bond was getting stronger but it wasn't possible because his body was burnt to ashes in everyone's presence.

I was happy and went back to sleep that night with hope.

I woke up the next morning from what felt like a dream. I saw Daniel in my dream but this time, he was more handsome than ever.

He shifted in what he called his Goda form which was exactly what I saw on the night of the thunderstorm.

He had massive wings which were black in colour. His claws and fangs were also obvious.

Any normal person would be scared of him but I wasn't because I knew he was my mate.

I have been having dreams when he would tell me he was on his way and every single day, Michael would increase the number of guards around his room claiming he sees Daniel every night until this faithful fay when our freedom came.

Daniel's pov
          Ever since I came back to life, I didn't go to my brother directly. I went to nearby packs and created allies first with the howling moon pack then with the midnight pack.

I have also been driving Michael crazy by going into hos room at night and revealing myself to him. He has been a mess lately.

I also visited Hanna and my mother to assure them that everything was alright and I was going to save them.

I kept a low key in one of the close by packs until my plans were ready.

I gathered all the warriors of my allies in an open field not too far away from my pack and we were ready for war.

When it was the night of the full moon, we attacked them. We were able to take them down at first but later, they were getting back to the top due to their large number.

I went straight to Michael and gave him a hard kick on his back. He flew a few feet away, groaning in pain.

He shifted into his wolf and tried attacking me but I was able to escape his every attack.

I shifted into my Goda form and spread my wings to look intimidating. It worked because at first, he was scared but later tried to gain his confidence.

He attacked me but I was faster than him. I hy Jim hard on his face after some minutes of fighting.

My eyes were bloodshot Ted and then all the memories of how he disgraced me and took my mate from me came flooding back.

I angrily took his head and ripped it off his neck.

I took his head to the battle field.

"Your alpha is dead. Rogues, take your injured and leave. You have just five minutes to evacuate this pack grounds. Anyone still on the pack grounds would be killed instantly. " I shouted.

There was panic everywhere as the rogues were running and the warriors were fending them off.

I shifted back into my human form and the person on my mind for the time being was my mate.

I found her and I was really happy she was safe and sound. After that, I went to find my mother and then the battle was over.
