Chapter 10: Strange Aura.

The ride to the animal reserve was not that boring because we had a few discussions which I couldn't concentrate on because my mates scent was always in my nose.

Alex kept shouting and howling which gave me an headache. 'I also wish I could talk to her but unless we want to create a scene, we have to keep our butts glued to this seat and stay away but I promise you that once we come back, we would get what is rightfully ours. '

He was not really happy but decided to stay quiet and shut me out completely.

After a five hour journey, we got to the reserve. I felt at home bit at the same time, I felt an evil aura which was really strong which made me growl a little and my eyes darkened bit due to my brown pupils, it wasn't obvious.

We went to where our building was. It was a few metres away.

When we got there, we were accorded to our rooms. I was placed in the same room as a guy who was goodlooking but not as me obviously.

I unpacked my bag and arranged my clothes and shoes.

People looked tired when we arrived so we just went to the swimming pool.

"We would start exploring what we came here for tomorrow so you guys can spend the rest of the day resting." Our principal told us.

I didn't feel convinent because of the aura so I decided to check it out since Michael was busy smuggling with my mate which made my blood boil.

I snuck past everyone without them noticing. The deeper I went the more silent everything became and the stronger the aura was.

I was starting to feel inconvenient and not safe so I looked around for any living thing and since non was present, I shifted into my black wolf which made me more convenient.

When we shift, our clothes don't tear off. We hade evolved that when we shift, we can grow fur on our clothes and shift back with our clothes on.

My shift was really smooth which made me smile in wolf form.

I started running till I was a bit deep. After running for what felt like five minutes, I came across a net fence.

I thought that was the end of the property until I saw a board with 'Wild animals present. Do not enter.'

'We are wild animals.' Alex said which made me smile. I climbed over the fence and truthfully saying, it wasn't easy because I fell a few times and the net kept swaying but it was strong enough to keep a grizzly bear away and tall enough to block two giraffes mounted on each other.

When I climbed, I kept running and that was when I started encountering a few wild animals like wild dogs and I even saw a grizzly bear.

The aura was really strong now and it felt like I was in it and at the same time I felt a surge of energy in me but tried to keep it at bay.

I looked around carefully and the sky was darker than usual around here. I started hearing a few growls and when I looked well, I saw them.
