Look what you made me do// Ramsay Bolton out now!
'Let it be known that Prince Aegon of House Targaryen and Princess Helaena of house Targaryen are one heart, one flesh, one soul. Cursed be he who would seek to tear them asunder. In the sight of the Seven, I hereby seal these two souls, binding them as one for eternity. Look upon one another and say the Words.'
'Father. Smith. Warrior. Mother. Maiden. Crone. Stranger.' They repeated.
"We should have done Targaryen badass vows." Ara whispered. "With the weird outfits and the words no one understood anyway that way Hela could pretend that the married didnt count if things end badly."
"Ara." Aemond laughed out.
'I am his.'
'I am hers'
'He is mine'
'she is mine,'
'from this day, until the end of my days.'
Aegon looked just about as pleased as Helaena did. They both would rather have someone or no one in front of them. Aegon would prefer Ara to Helaena. Anyone to Helaena really. Helaena didnt like boys. She liked creatures. She liked to explore and learn.
Aemond looked to Ara as she raced a finger over the seem of his pants and thought he wouldnt mind be married to Ara today instead. Yes they were young but he loved her. That was good start for any union.
'You may now cloak the bride with your protection.'
"You are protected now." Aegon mused and Helaena rolled her eyes.
"Protected from what?" Ara questioned. Viserys wasnt happy about her interruptions and her screaming match with him in the hall, he wasnt happy that Ara and Aemond walked Helaena down the aisle, that wasnt proper. He wasnt happy in general. He was the king and he seemed to have less and less respect as Ara became more and more vocal.
Viserys could hear the people now saying Viserys, you can't stand up to your daughter, any of your daughters, you failed with Rhaenyra and now Ara, the auburn haired and green eyed little green under your care will become the bane of your existence. She will be your ruin just as Rhaenyra was constant torment in her own youth. She wanted to stay, she didnt want to go. But now that she stayed she still wasnt happy. Jace wasnt here. Why was jace so far away? You forged this union- he hated it. He hated feeling like this and Ara seemingly did it, provoked him this much without trying. It just came naturally to her. What was viserys supposed to do? He wanted to shout that couldnt control everyone and everything in all the seven kingdoms. But he already knew Ara would say what kind of king are you if you cant even control your own daughter. Viserys forced his gaze to stay on Helaena and Aegon.
'In the presence of your family and friends, I now bind your hands together, to symbolize your new union of love, trust and friendship." He bound their hands together. 'Now, please look at one another and pledge your vows to seal your union.'
''I am yours and you are mine. Whatever may come.''
''I am yours and you are mine. Whatever may come.'' Aegon grumbled. Then they kissed quickly and awkwardly.
''Here, in the presence of gods and men, I proclaim... Aegon of House Targaryen and Helaena of House Targaryen , to be man and wife. One flesh... one heart... one soul... now and forever.'' The high septon declared.
"Forever." helaena muttered.
"I need a drink." Aegon agreed.
"Ready for the feast?" Aemond questioned as Ara got up.
"Hela looks so sad, they both look rather miserable." Ara remarked softly. "When my wedding comes you best bet I will be all smiles for moons." Aemond believed it too.
"What if lover boy doesnt want to marry you anymore?" Daeron countered. "What if he finds someone better and less deadly a dragonstone?"
"You seem to forget yourself Daeron. I'm in charge." Ara reminded him. "Come on Aemond, I want some cake." Ara declared as she skipped off.
"I'm in charge." Daeron repeated in a mocked tone but he tried to move and found the vines as come up through the ground of the sept and secured his legs to the pews. "ARANYANI!"

"It hurts..." Ara repeated.
"Aegon is not gentle about it." Helaena grumbled as they had their tea the next morning.
"He was... in you." Ara realized as a shiver went through her. "That's gross."
"It was gross, Aegon is gross, Aegon was drunk." Helaena grumbled.
"Well you did it once, thats all you need right? You dont have to do it again." Ara offered.
"He wants- correction father wants an heir. Aegon is apparently skilled, I dont know which whore told him that though." Helaena grumbled spilling her tea.
"Whores are the people that are paid right? For... sex..." Ara questioned.
"Yeah." Helaena agreed.
"They are paid to lie." Ara offered and Helaena chuckled.
"I like how you said it as though it was a sin." Helaena remarked and Ara blushed. "Sex... sex, sex, sex." Ara blushed hiding her face with her hands. "I dont know how its supposed to feel but I hope not like that all the time."
"Ask mother, she would know." Ara suggested.
"There are some things one doesnt tell their mother." Helaena corrected.
"I tell her everything... well Criston and I have a few sercerts but that was ages ago." Ara offered thinking back to her first ever solo dragon ride.
"You will understand once you and jace are older and... you know." Helaena shrugged.
"I'm really sorry Hela."
"I'm just glad you are here or else I would be all alone."
