Say, I'm perfectly sane.
I know you don't believe it,
You and I are just the same.
You told me I'm a little nuts,
To me it's quite bizarre,
Told me I better step it up,
Or I'd never make it far.
Said; better turn my life around,
Or I'd never get it back.
My friend, I just wanted to talk,
But you said I'm a maniac.
"Oh I hope this time we can chat"
I said, handing you my paper daisy,
But day and night the same expression,
I know you think I'm crazy.
I'm sorry that I bug you,
But I've got no other friend,
I wiped the steam off of the mirror,
Just to see your face again.."
