Jason left Max curled into a ball and cradling his stomach while lying on the floor.

"Next time don't keep secrets from me." He warned.

Max just groaned in response wondering why he was always the one Jason continually punched.

Jason walked back into the basement where he was holding Chester and he became instantly enraged as he saw Jack pour petrol over his head.

"Oi," he roared, "I told you not to touch him. Put that down."

"I haven't, we are just having a little fun." Jack answered, his hands trembling a little as he placed the can on the floor.

"Move Jack," he barked back at him. "I will decide his fate, not you."

Jack quickly scarpered to the back of the room.

Jason placed a chair the wrong way around in front of Chester and sat with his legs on either side of it. He folded his arms and rested them on the back of the chair. Jason stared at Chester but he did not recognise him and he was surprised that this vampire kneeling before him was actually very nervous as he glared at him.

Chester gasped as he realised who was looking at him, "Jesus Christ," he whispered, "you survived it; you actually woke up."

"Well you obviously know who I am, so tell me; who are you?"

"My name is Chester."

Jason looked over his bare torso, "you have a lot of scars there buddy. How did you get them?"

"Who effin cares how he got em, make the sucker talk." Phil angrily snarled out. "His friggin friends almost killed Dan tonight and they almost killed you, not to mention they all helped kidnap your sister."

Jason held his fingers to his lips, gesturing for Phil to be quiet.

"Well?" Jason asked as he faced Chester again.

"My so called guardian did it, he did not like me. He beat me whenever he could, others are from fights. I was a hunter when I was human."

Laughing echoed around the room.

"You were a hunter?"

Chester nodded and nodded his head towards the hunter mark on his wrist.

"A hunter turned vampire, little ironic isn't it becoming the one thing you were born to kill." Jason remarked as he eyed Chester's hunter mark, a mark he had seen before.

"You don't know the half of it."

"So you worked with the Order, for those brothers, the Berebruer brothers?"

Chester nodded and closed his eyes.

He thought back to his human life, his parents were both hunters and they all lived in Australia together until his father had defied the leader of the order, Marios. To punish him Marios took Chester and he made his life a living hell every day after that. He refused him contact with his parents and beat him on a regular basis. Chester was unable to fight back, Marios was much stronger and he was the leader of the Order. The brothers were supposed to maintain balance between the worlds and the supernatural but they became hungry for power and they became corrupt, they even killed their own father to gain his power and control.

His eyes shot open as Phil remarked.

"Should be renamed the Barbaric brothers, after what they did and still do. They hunted and killed some of our own a few years back."

Chester sucked in a breath, not wanting to reveal he had been one of the hunters, he began to babble. "I tried to leave and then the brothers tried to kill me, actually left me for dead, but Jeremiah found me."
