Persephone POV:
I sobbed.
He can't have died.....
Please...
But how could he have survived.....?
Please....
Please be alive......
Please.....
I can still hear his sobs...
Still feel his hands on my dress...
His tears soaking the fabric...
Wait.
His tears were actually soaking the fabric.
"Percy!" I gasped, hugging him close,"Oh percy! Sweetie, it's okay... it's okay my lovely...," I held him close, rocking him as he sobbed, my stray tears mingling with his. Apollo gently pried my fingers off of Percy. "Here, Seph, let me take him, he wasted alot of energy,". I sniffed and gulped. "W-w-what? H-how?" Apollo stayed quiet, gently getting up and carrying a half asleep Percy. "Apollo," I said more sternly, getting up and following him back down the hallways,"What do you mean, he wasted alot of energy? What did he do?" Apollo sighed. "I'll explain once I'm sure Percy won't die,". I stopped talking immediately, terror gripping my heart. Apollo teleported us back to the private room in a ball of golden light. He turned to me once we were there. I looked at him questioningly. He sighed again and ran a hand through his hair. "Look, I will need quiet so I can assess him, and you need to calm down. Go to Hades, tell him I'll call you both and explain everything once I've checked this little guy over. Okay," I opened my moth to protest, but then closed it. Apollo had a point. I nodded. Apollo smiled and hugged me. I teleported to the throne room. Hades looked up when I sniffed, an alarmed look on his face as he rushed out from behind his desk. "My love, what-what happened?" I explained to him what had happened since he had left us, before breaking down. He hugged, me, reassuring me.
Now all we could do is wait.
AN- Yes, I know, very short chappie. But I have plans for my next chappie sooo, ya. Maybe i'll post it today, or I'll post it next week along with my other story's chappie. I'm sorry if anyone wanted more but like I said, I have plans. I am literally gonna write this authors note and then it's straight onto the next chappie for this story! Sorry again to everybody who was waiting for a longer chapter.
