Second marriage proposal

The divine rays of suryadev graced every part of the kingdom. The chirping of birds woke people from their peaceful slumber. Someone was standing near the window of palace. Infront of her was a beautiful view of greenery and fountains. Flowers bloomed everywhere as the sign of life came back to the kingdom. Everyone woke up and started getting ready for their morning chores. But the certain woman still stood there. She was not witnessing the beauty but the thought of future had clouded her mind. It was revealed as the most beautiful woman of the world. Today. Today was a very special day. Today was her duel with the Manipuri princess. It was not only a duel but her test. Everything was at stake. Her teacher's pride, her husband trust and fame and her own pride. Even if her husband told her he won't mind if she loses but she did. Her husband will became a laughing stock among the Kauravas which she will not allow.

She glanced at the man who was sleeping so peaceful after disturbing her sleep the previous night. Who would think that this man is the most fierce warrior? He is sleeping like a baby with a beautiful smile on his face. But his muscles did said otherwise. She blushed as she noticed her husband bare upper body as the blanket covered him from his waist. They were still in their honeymoon phase. Everything still looked so new and beautiful to them. They could never get tired of each other. She went near him and sat on the bed. A smiled graced her face as she carresed his soft black locks. As if sensing her touch he smiled more brightly lifted himself up and placed his head on her lap. She smiled and continued carressing his hair.

Then arjun murmured in his husky morning voice that sent chill down her spine

Arjun- good morning priye.

Draupadi- good morning Arya. Get up we have to go soon.

Arjun- please after some more time na jaan.

Saying so he started nuzzling himself on her waist and placed a kiss on her beauty spot. Draupadi moaned as he licked her navel and placed a kiss there. Draupadi looked wide eyed at her mischievous husband as he winked at her and went to snaangrah to bathe. She looked at the mirror to witness that she had turned red like a tomato.

After sometime

Draupadi was ready for the duel. She looked at her sword. She took it and did her pranam. She was determined not to loose. She looked at her front to see Chitrangada with the same confidence. They both looked at each other and nodded. Soon the duel started as both lioness leapt towards each other.

Here chitra's father was worried. It was no friendly match for him. If chitra wins then they could clearly show rajkumar arjun how much better his daughter then that of Drupad's daughter. His daughter has to win. Arjun was no ordinary prince. Having him as his son in law will be the most proudest moment of his life.

On the other hand Arjun was confident on his wife. As a warrior he had noticed both of their skills. Chitra is a great warrior and he respects her as a woman warrior but his wife was more skillful.

Both women swing their swords with each other. They used all their strength. Draupadi used a strategy. She let herself attacked and started seeing her warrior skills and weakness while chitra attacked her.

Here both father daughter felt happy when she injured draupadi but draupadi made a come back with her excellent moves. She fought so fiercely that Chitrangada couldn't even made her move and finally the sword slipped out her hand.

Both the women looked each other sweating profusely and breathing heavily. Finally the sound clapping of a man was heard. Arjun was clapping loudly and smilling proudly. His eyes held happiness for his wife. She smiled at him and a tear drop slipped down her eye.

She hadn't failed him. She made him proud of her. But she was Unknown to the fact that whether she wins or loose he will always be proud of her.

The king and princess congratulated her with a fake smile. She took the king's blessing and went away to change and look after the preparation for their journey. Chitra too went away after getting a assuring nod from her father.

Arjun also greeted the king and was going to his wife when he called him back.
Manipur king- Arjun if u don't mind and have free time can we talk?

Arjun- obviously king. I have time. Tell me what u want to talk about.

King- firstly I want to thank u for saving us from that monster.

Arjun- and I have said previously that I did my duty, my dharma and my wife deserves the praise equally and so does ur daughter.

King- I am lucky that u consider my daughter to be that capable.

Arjun- I think u are luckier to have such a daughter. Having daughter is a matter of happiness that nothing else can give u. I have witnessed that with my friend madhava and hope to have a daughter one day too.

Arjun had a soft smile and sparkling eyes as he thought of having his own daughter in his arms. Having a daughter is lucky but having a daughter from krishnaa is heaven for him.

King- so back to the point I want to thank u and gift u something.

Arjun- what? But I don't anything.

King- consider it as my gratitude son. I want to gift the alliance of Manipur with Hastinapur along with my daughter's hand to u.

Arjun- WHAT!!!! I am already married and u know that.

King- I do rajkumar but u are a prince. U can marry several times. My daughter is one of the most beautiful princess, she has knowledge of shastras and knows administration. She also knows house chores and can adjust to any life u can give her. Tell me having such a wife will increase ur glory. Not only that but alliance that u will give to Hastinapur. Manipur is powerful kingdom and u know that rajkumar. And last but not the least my daughter loves u.

Arjun- ur daughter is seriously one of the most capable woman I have ever met and such a powerful alliance.......

Unknown to them a certain woman was hiding behind the curtain and witnessing this scene.
