Well. This was probably it. He was going to vomit.
"HEEAUGH." Jack fell forward. Well, more like collapsed in a pile. With a large crash, Jack clattered to the floor. Splotchy black goo, which represented 'vomit', was askew. This was just great, exactly what was needed.
Forcefully being sent to another wardrobe by the hotel as it fixed the one that fell over, Jack, who was a dizzy, groaned. The last few days had been so weird-- he was doing just fine, and then he wasn't. He hadn't felt nausea before up until now, but around the time the fire started, waves of nausea had been enveloping the poor entity.
"You are troubled." A voice echoed in Jack's mind.
"What... what? Who-"
There was a knock on the door of the room Jack was in. Looking over, he stared at it keenly. There was a second knock.
"Open the door." The voice echoed again. It sounded so strange and warped. Jack wasn't sure as to whether he could trust this voice, but he decided to do so anyway. If anything happened, he was sure he could defend himself.
Gliding seamlessly over to the door, the entity reached out to twist the doorknob. Before he did so, he glanced at the plate on it.
69.
Wait, door 69? He was already on door 69. Maybe? Turning around to look at the number plate of the room Jack was in, he was slightly taken aback that the plate looked burnt.
Pfft, smudged? It was probably just too far away to see. He was over-thinking this. ...Was he?
'Naaah, I'm just overthinking.' Jack thought. Despite this, an eerie sensation creeped up in his stomach. Brushing away the feeling, Jack turned back towards the door labeled 69 and opened it.
"Oh shit." Was all Jack managed out. In front of him was a black void with a face staring back at him.
"Hi th-" Jack closed the door on the entity's face.
"Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope." Jack turned around and began walking in the other direction in a casual way, repeating nope over and over. "Didn't see a thing. I think I'm going to go water the plants. I think that'll be nice."
"Wait!" As Jack neared the other door from the room, the exit warped and split into two doors. One being door 69, and the other being door 67. "Please, open door 67! I don't bite!"
"Paaaaaah, I just got a heart attack!" Jack stopped walking towards the exit. "Who are you?!" He asked, staring at the new door that just appeared.
"Please, open the door! " The voice cried out in Jack's head.
Sighing, the entity rolled his eyes and walked over to door 67. "Fine." Opening it, the face entity grinned ear to ear.
"Hello! I'm Dupe!"

"Seek?" Figure asked as the goopy entity sat up in the bed. Looking around, Seek squinted his eye.
"Figure?" His vision began to unblur as he woke up. Every part of his body ached. Groaning as he accustomed to the room, the bed underneath him squeaked at the adjustment of weight. The grey bedcover that had previously been pulled up to Seek's chest fell down to his lap in a delicate fashion. As he looked around, Seek came to the conclusion that he was in one of the medical rooms.
