Seek waved his goodbyes as he left the library, briefly noticing Timothy look up at him as the spider entered the room. Exiting the room and closing the door after letting the arachnid make his way in, Seek turned forward towards the door and towards Rush who was waiting for him, slightly noting a pounding headache he had suddenly gained."You coming?" Rush looked over at the tall entity, a neutral look on his face.
"Yeah, yeah. What did you need me for, anyway?" Seek walked towards Rush, looking down at him. Despite the intimidating aura and appearance the void black entity produced, he was surprisingly small, at least for Seek.
Rush sighed. "You'll have to see for yourself. We should probably hurry before what's going on down there gets too chaotic.. You'll keep up, right?" Seek nodded, though still very confused at the whole situation, his head still pounding. "Then let's go." Rush began to dash down the hallway, Seek following him via using what he used best, his legs. Honestly, it wasn't a long ways down to the room Rush had in mind. It was only door 31. The two stopped in front of the room, Rush opening the door for Seek. Seek didn't even look at the situation for a second before rolling his eye.
"GGET OFF-FF ME-E-E-E!" Screech yelled and yipped. Seek's eyes tugged at the tendrils of Screech. It looked like it and was in a quite painful tug of war. Right behind their tug of war stood a laughing wardrobe. That meant Hide was probably peeking through the cracks in there. Seek internally face palmed. So this was the cause of the headaches, the ruckus, and Rush's worry? This only proved the entity's point that the others were simply helpless without guidance. Stepping forward, Seek cleared his throat. The entities didn't notice him. Seek cleared his throat again, the eyes turning mid-tug o' war to look at him, before slowing down the fight and letting it's goop go of the tendril. Screech yanked it's tendril back and rubbed it tenderly before turning to see what made the eyes stop tugging. The Screech's mouth shutting closed as it realized the trouble it was in.
"Care to explain, anyone?" Seek's arms were crossed. He looked mad. Rush silently made faces at the two behind Seek's back. "I can see that, you know. I just managed to establish a connection with my eye over here. You're not slick, Rush." Seek grumbled. Rush only stared at the floor, pretending like he couldn't see the smug look on Screech's face.
"I ccan eexpplain, ssir!" Screech managed out. The eyes next to Screech only gave it the death stare as Screech snuck it a snotty smug face. Seek internally rolled his eye.
"Go on, then." Seek encouraged. Screech nodded nervously, the eyes next to it pushing Screech forward to give a little speech.
"Ssso, wwhat happened wwas II was iin the cceiling mindingg my own bussiness, and then tthe eyees weree getting ttoo comfortabblee in my spaccee! Sso I ttold them to gget outt of my arreea! Theey ddidn't mmoove so I tried to ppush them out, but they started ppulling my arms!" Screech complained. Seek now only noticed they were in a dark room. He supposed it wasn't something important at the time, so he just didn't notice. He supposed he probably didn't notice a lot of things.
"Is this true?" Seek stared at his eye companions. They glanced to the floor, having a hard time trying to make eye contact. "Hello?" Seek stared at them. The eyes looked up and blinked twice for 'yes'. Seek looked around the room to see if the story aligned with everyone else. Once Seek got all the details, the story was more or less the same.
Seek folded his arms. The two smaller entities prepared to be scolded. Seek stared at them
"You know what?" He said, Screech and the little eyes on the wall staring at Seek in confusion. "Just, just-"
