Kidnapping

"Okay Nora, breathe and tell me what happened." Caitlin said, trying to calm Nora.

"Start at the beginning, why did you come here running like a human being?" asked Allegra

"He... took my powers and Lea too"

"What exactly happened?"

Flashback

"What a nice scene..." said a vibrant voice behind them "It will be really fun to ruin it!"

Nora didn't even have time to turn around before the same metahuman who had attacked the train hit her full-on with a blast of energy, sending her flying across the room.

Now that she saw him directly and wasn't confused in a crowd, he was clearly distinguishable...

He was approximately 5.8ft tall and wore a long blue hooded cloak, fastened at the waist with a brown belt with a gold buckle on which was stylized a thunderbolt.

All around emitted a slight aura of energy, which made it impossible to clearly distinguish the features of his face

"Nora!" cried Lea running towards the woman she loved

"I'm fine, Lea..." Nora said, standing up with difficulty

"Oh, it wasn't supposed to hurt you sweetie!" the metahuman said

"What do you mean?" asked Leah

"My powers..." Nora whispered, "They're gone!"

"Oh... they're not the only thing you'll lose now..." said the strange figure, before grabbing Lea and running away at super speed

"Honey, don't fret, we'll find her," Catlin said, sitting down next to her

"Caitlin, we just reconnected... I can't lose her now"

"When did you break up?" asked Allegra

"We had a fight this morning... and now..."

"We'll find her, don't worry..." Caitlin said

"One of the guests for tonight will arrive shortly, namely Chief Singh, CCPD"

"What good can he do against a sprinter!?"

"Is he a speedster?" Barry asked, puzzled "You didn't say that!"

"It's not Thawne... it was purple blue lightning, not red!"

"Blue...Could be..." Caitlin whispered

"Zoom is now dead, all that is left of him is the Black Flash... a demon who seeks to kill speedsters who mess with time... he is not a man, but a monster who seeks the force of speed"

"Who but a monster would do such a thing?! He killed several people, he killed Bart and kidnapped Lea!"

"Nora, calm down, think about recovering, we will help you find her"

"Why did he do such a thing?"

"I have no idea..." Bary said

"How can you not know that?"

"HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW?"

"Nora, your father has never met this person!"

"What do you mean? That... that metahuman killed Bart to hit me?"

"We can't rule it out..." Caitlin said, stroking Nora's back

"What?"

"Nora, it's not your fault, he's the only one to blame!" Barry said

"Sorry I'm late..." Singh said, entering through the open door "I arrived as soon as I heard"

"Thanks David," Caitlin said

"Well... I have no idea, the truth is we haven't been in much contact since he moved with your mom to Midway City... we spoke on the phone a few times, but nothing more"

"I haven't called anyone yet," Singh said, going to open the door

"Hello" said the police officer "We are here for Bartholomew Henry Allen... he is accused of kidnapping two minors"
