Freckles is known as the loyal dog of one Michael J. Caboose. He appears during Season 11 and terrifies both Blues and Reds. He isn't really present after the Chorus arc, and has very little Screen time.

Church and Tucker weren't sure what they were expecting when caboose told them he has recruited a new member for Blue team. They sure as heck weren't expecting a giant robot with guns for arms to show up on their doorstep, but that's exactly what happened! They looked at each other, shock would be seen on their faces if they took their helmets off.
Caboose puts his hand on the robot's legs and says, "Freckles doesn't know how to handle surprise very well. I just got rebuilt." Caboose said as the robot, Freckles, turns towards him, but the look in its eyes says that there's no way it would listen to anyone but Caboose.
Caboose smiles and says, "Don't worry, I'll take care of it!"
Caboose turns to Freckles and says, "The one in light blue armor is Church. He is technically the team leader-"
"I am the team leader!" Church exclaimed.
"-So you have to listen to him. The other guy here is Tucker, he is an expert on things that are not safe to be seen by kids." Caboose finishes.
Freckles looks at the two other teammates and gives a nod before turning back to Caboose. "Understood." Freckles said to Caboose.
"Caboose, I'm still not too sure about this." Church said to Caboose. "I mean, who leaves a giant death robot-"
"Freckles."Caboose interrupted.
"..." Church states at Caboose for a sec then continues. "Who leaves a giant robot named, FRECKLES, in a cave to rust and let anyone take it. It just doesn't make any sense."
"Well, since you are so worried about it, how about you just possess Freckles then. I mean you did get info out of Lopez that you're currently possessing." Caboose said to him.
"Dude, the only info I got was 'attack Blue team.' Nothing else." Church countered.
"Sure, but, I mean, that's all we were told as well." Caboose said carefully. He didn't really remember what the exact orders were for them so he took a guess.
"...I would argue if that wasn't true." Church said as he sighed. How could he sigh though. He was possessing a robot body.
As quickly as Church entered, he just as quickly left Freckles body.
"Wow. That was fast." Tucker commented.
"Huh... Uh.. yeah..." Church said, as if he was in a daze.
"You ok? You were barely even in there for a second, yet you looked as if you were gone for a hour."
"Yeah, uh, Freckles mentioned that due to, uh, due to having different , processing times? I think? I might get disoriented when I get out." Church said as he seem exceptionally out of it.
"Riiiiight." Tucker said. "Look, I'll go make sure the red's aren't trying to attack while take a break. That sound good?" Tucker asked Church. Normally Tucker wouldn't try to take on any amount of work, but Caboose is more likely to get Red team to attack and Freckles is a little to big to sneak around.
"Sure, yeah,... whatever you.... say." Church said as he sat down as an image popped into his head.

A/N Finally done. This took longer since I had to fight with myself on wether or not to include the conversation Church would have with Freckles.
I argue with myself about this for months!
I eventually decided that for the sake of the story, I would the conversation to flashback tidbits in upcoming chapters. I might include the full conversation, but it seems unlikely.
