I took a step forward and suddenly the image around me became a blur. I didn't even bother to actually activate my [Accelerated Processing], I just continued to run at full speed.

On instinct, and with my senses working to their fullest, I sensed when I was close to an enemy and attacked.

For a second I stopped to see what the result was, watching the ogre fall to the ground, not even noticing what had happened. The ogre didn't even put up any resistance, just one strike was enough to knock him unconscious, and my soldiers, who were watching, were clearly exhausted and surprised to see my presence.

Well, it's understandable that they can't easily beat an ogre. Despite that, I'm a little disappointed.

How can an ogre, who should be one of the strongest creatures in this forest, go down with a simple attack like that?

"Haah~... I think only they will amuse me..."

I muttered this, looking towards the direction where the village chief was. In terms of power, technique or skill, I feel that the strongest ogres are in that place. Anyone else on the battlefield just seems incapable of arousing any fear in me, powerless to face me now.

Well, despite that, I know that I'm still not the strongest creature in the forest. The Tengu, Baki and Gyuki are especially strong, and the elves have very powerful special spells. In a direct fight I still cannot defeat all members of these races, unless the fight is between me and the strongest of them individually.

Well, it doesn't matter now. I have an enemy army to take down.

With that in mind, I planted my feet on the ground with all my strength and jumped again, making the world around me a blur as I ran across the battlefield, and I started using my skill [Black Lightning] to take down all the ogres in the way.

I was already tired of waiting for a real fight. I will take down everyone in the way... until I reach my deserved battlefield.

Priestess had an odd expression on her face, her face apparently breaking into a cold sweat from whatever it was she was seeing. Despite that, she didn't say anything. After saying that Rimuru had started to move she stopped talking and then her silence got worse and worse as she watched Rimuru act.

Well, she didn't need to tell us anything. The head of the ogres, even without being able to see, could feel what was happening.

One by one, all the ogres that were still present, fighting and advancing across the battlefield, began to fall, their auras clearly disappearing as they lost their consciousness. I knew they weren't dead, their auras indicated they were just unconscious, but they were all being taken down faster than it made sense.

Rimuru was moving across the entire battlefield and taking down the ogres in just a few seconds, even the ones hundreds of meters away from him.

"I think it proves... that he doesn't work for any Demon Lord. A guy that strong wouldn't need help building everything he's done so far."

"Haha. You think so?" The head of the ogres looked at the Kijin who was at the front of the group, just silently watching them while leaving his huge aura hidden. She found it amusing to watch their expressions of surprise and apprehension, apparently. "You know he's holding back, don't you?"

The ogre chieftain looked at her again, partly wanting to deny her words. The chief knew she was speaking the truth, and he himself had seen her share of high-powered individuals in her life. Still, he had underestimated the boy leading this group of monsters, and now it was coming to bite him.
