"Alright Mr. Jeon, I'm just going to go over some common questions, just basic procedure," Officer Kim started as they sat alone in a conference room on campus, "If you'd like an attorney present, you're welcome to call one. Would you like to do so?"
"Nah, that's alright," Jungkook said nonchalantly being as relaxed as possible that Jin noted. He cleared his throat, "Alright well, can I get your full name and date of birth?"
"Jeon Jungkook, born September 1st, 1997."
"And how long have you been residing in Seoul?" Jin asked now as he jotted down everything being said despite having his recorder present. Jungkook didn't waste a second responding, "For about three months."
"Ah, where you from?"
"Busan."
"What made you move?" Jin was playing nice cop. He was trying to show Jungkook there was nothing intimidating about him and he could see Jungkook was relaxed. Whether it be because of him or because he had no reason to freak, Jin couldn't tell just yet.
"School, this university offered more elective courses that I was interested in taking."
"Really? What's your major?"
"Criminology."
"I approve," Jin said jokingly, "Would you say you've made some friends?"
"Sure," Jungkook said with a shrug, "I've made a few."
"Yes, I think I'm familiar with a few," Jin said still writing, "Do you Kim Namjoon? He's a student here."
"I know him," Jungkook said honestly, "Not well. He's a friend of a friend."
"Who's the friend?"
"Suzu Ramos."
"Ah, yes, I'm familiar with her too," Jin said, "Do you consider yourself close with her and her friends?"
"I'm close with her, not sure if I'd say I'm super close with her friends," Jungkook answered. He was still relaxed, still calm and casual.
"I understand," Jin said with a nod of his head, "Are you aware that recently Kim Namjoon was attacked here on campus?"
"I heard about it, Suzu was pretty upset over it," Jungkook said making Jin raise a brow. "And you?"
"I mean, it's crazy that happened but I'm not close enough with him to be personally affected by it. My worry was mostly on Suzu and how she'd feel."
"You seem to have a good relationship with Suzu. Are you two possibly seeing each other?"
"Weird question to ask but to keep it simply, I'd say no? It's a casual thing." Jungkook said with with a shrug looking all the nonchalant as possible.
