It is a late night in Utah. At a camp site, a 19 year old girl is in a tent with her aunt and uncle. They're having a good time together. The girl's name is Brenda Smith. Her aunt is having a cold. And they're helping her keep warm. Brenda laughs as her aunt tells her a joke. Brenda decides to go out to get some air.

Brenda: Uncle, I'm gonna go get some air real quick.

Uncle: Alright. Don't go too far from the camp.

Brenda: I won't.

She leaves the tent, and goes outside. She feels the wind blowing. The skies are beautiful with the stars above. She walks ahead to see more stars. Just then, she hears a car coming. She ducks down, and watches. She sees that it's a park ranger car. She sees the ranger coming out of the truck with a flashlight.

Ranger: Park Ranger! I'd like to speak to you about this campfire!

Aunt: Should I go?

Uncle: No, Wanda. You stay put. (Comes out of the tent, looks at the ranger) Yeah, I know. No wood fires in the park. Wanda has a cold. I'm trying to keep her warm.

Park Ranger: (Walks to him) Sir, have you seen any other hikers or campers in this area?

Uncle: Not this time of year. (Points at fire) What's the fine for something like this?

Park Ranger: Pretty steep.

Brenda's eyes widen as she watches the ranger pulls out a silencer gun, and shoots her uncle. He gets shot in the chest, and he falls down into the fire. Her aunt screams in shock. Then, he shoots her at her. Her aunt screams as she gets shot. Blood stains inside the tent. Brenda keeps her head down, not wanting to be seen. She starts crying, shocked to see her aunt and uncle killed in front of her. Just then, she spots two military trucks coming in. They park by the ranger truck, who takes off his uniform, and puts on a sweater. She sobs softly as she sees her uncle's body is burning in the fire. The men look at this.

Man: Gee whiz. Drag him out of there. Be smelling that all night.

The ranger walks to the body with his jacket to drag it out of the fire. Brenda ducks down, not wanting to see more. She hugs her legs, and closes her eyes. With the men, one of them shakes his head at this. He looks at the one who got grossed out by the burning body.

Man: Is there a problem, Gilson?

Gilson: Mr. Pritchett, what we just did is wrong. I did not sign up for this!

Prutchett: You were payed, and payed well, Gilson. Just help us escort the merchandise. That's all you have to do.

Gilson looks at him, and nods. He walks to the truck. Meanwhile, with the heroes, they arrive in the desert. They all look around as they see they're in a desert.

Sora: Where are we now?

Momo: A desert. But it doesn't look like our deserts back home. Must be an American desert.

Yuu: Yeah. But why are we here?

Kairi: Must be something important. I mean, the ship wouldn't have sent us if this area isn't something for us to look around.

Riku: She's right. We need to look around.

Ruby: Ok. Let's go then.

They all walk through the desert. Luckily for them, it's cool for them at night. They walk for a least a couple of miles. They look around the place, and don't see anything. Sora doesn't know why they were brought here. Back with the men, they're waiting for something. Just then, the ranger spots something in the air.

Park Ranger: Here she comes.

Gilson: Turn on the spotlight!

They run to one of the trucks, and go to the back. They turn on a spotlight, and shine it up in the air. Brenda watches this from her hiding spot. She wonders what they're doing. Just then, a military plane flies over them, and flies away. Gilson sees this.

Gilson: He didn't drop 'em. What is he doing?

They all watch, with Brenda watching too. Back with the heroes, they continue walking through the desert.

Jaune: I don't see anything out here, guys. Maybe we should go back to the ship, and wait.

Weiss: No, we've been sent here for a reason. We just need to find out what is down here.

Toji: She's right. We can't leave yet. Come on, let's keep moving.

Sora looks at his friends, and at the desert. He does have a feeling that something is going to happen once they get closer to something that they need to take down. Sora looks up at the sky, and sees stars all around.

Sae: But guys, look around. We're looking at half of this valley, and there's nothing going on---

Just then, something flies over them, causing them all to fall down on the ground. They all look, and see the plane that flew over the guys way back. They all look in shock and surprise.

Momo: Holy crap!

Just then, they see someone ejecting out of the plane. They all watch as his ejector seat flies away from the plane, and then, a parachute deploys for him. They all look at each other, and decide to go see if he's okay. They all rush to the area where he's going down. Back with the men, they saw the pilot getting ejected out of the plane.

Gilson: That must have been Deakins. He probably deployed the nukes out of it before he ejected.

Pritchett: Or that could have been the other pilot. What the heck was he thinking? He was supposed to drop them here!

Park Ranger: Let's go find him.

Gilson: Well, what do we do with the bodies here?

Pritchett: Screw them. Leave them.

They all go to the trucks, and drive away from the campsite. Brenda sees them leaving, and she comes out of hiding. She sees her uncle's burnt up body covered with the blanket. She covers her mouth as she whimpers. She looks at the tent, and sees her aunt's body too. She starts crying. She is now scared. She looks around, but doesn't know what to do. She knows she can't wait here. She walks away from the camp, and hoping to find someone who can help her. Meanwhile, at the base of McMurren, in a room, a soldier is sitting down on his bed, getting some shut-eye. His name is Tony Hale, an Air Force troop. He's been in the Air Force with his brother, Riley. His rank is Technical Sergeant. His brother's rank is Captain. As he's about to lay down, the door suddenly opens. He looks, and sees it's the Chief.

Tony: Sir, what is it?

Chief: Hale, Search and Rescue's been called. We got pilots down. One of them is your brother.

Tony's eyes widen in shock. He gets up to get gear up, and meet the others to the chopper. He looks at the Chief, and nods at him. He nods back. Tony now knows that they need to get to work. He hopes that his brother is okay when he gets there. He gets fully dressed, and grabs his gear. He walks out of the room, and follows the Chief.
