"Fæmer pass me that please" I said gesturing my hand to his side "huh" he said looking around in looks for what i was asking him for

"the salt please"

Tsireyas and Lo'aks date will be soon but Ma'rú insists of us having a family dinner, so i am frantically trying to be quick so i can run over to Tsireyas hut and help her get ready.

As i am sprinkling the salt on my food Ma'rú speaks up "mother sent me a message" he said clenching his jaw

me and Fæmer looked at him wide-eyed, i gulped.

"how?" Fæmer asked "did she come"

"Txopu stopped by, mother is in bad condition she won't be back for a while" Ma'rú sighed

"what does bad condition even mean?" i have never understood what has been going on with mother, she goes through these episodes where she won't talk or sleep for days, just stare forward scaring the fuck out of me and Fæmer. It upsets me to see her like that, all.. shut down? i don't know how to describe it.

i do love mom but she makes it hard to.

"she has her problems, you don't need to know more" Ma'rú said standing up and taking his coconut with him.

Me and Fæmer talked about mother for a while, i don't want to say that we were talking about what was wrong with her but that was exactly what we were talking about, just in other words.

"I'm going to meet up with Tsireya"

"alright have fun"

I went to walk to where Tsireyas hut was when i noticed that Tuk was sitting alone, her hands crossed across her chest "hey Tuk, is something wrong?" i asked making my way over to her

"Lo'ak didn't want to play with me!" she sad somewhat slamming her hands on the sand, "did you already eat dinner?" i asked, it was late and she shouldn't be out alone at this hour

"nope!" she said attempting to roll her eyes "i'm not going anywhere until Lo'ak plays with me" the attitude this kid has is something else.

"come with me i'm sure Kiri or Neteyam will want to play with you" i said smiling and took her hand, i pulled her up on her feet but she didn't seem satisfied "no i wanted to play with Lo'ak" she said with a frown

"i'll tell you why he is busy.. but it's a secret!" i said bending my knees so i was face to face with her. She giggled putting her hand over her mouth and nodded "he's going on a date!" "you better not tell anyone!" i said putting my finger over my mouth "shhh"

"okay!" she said, i walked with her back to her hut and she was laughing the entire way back jumping around and whispering little things to me.

When i had dropped her off Neytiri stood there with an angry look on her face, i greeted her and said bye to Tuk before running off and i mean like sprinting, i said to Taireya that i was going to be at her hut at 8 o'clock yet it was almost 9

"Fae! where have you been!?"
"i don't know if i should pick this top with this necklace or these two!" she said pointing to the ground where her stuff was scattered all around the room
