Shoto Todoroki is a 18 year old, bi-hair coloured University student. He's a cool guy who doesn't talk to others unless necessary. Since he doesn't talk much, he doesn't stand out too much in the University campus.
But outside the University, he is a whole different person. A rare ghoul, a gruesome one at that, hunting down its prey, be it humans or other ghouls.
What will happen if he gets mixed up with certain cafe owner and workers there, especially a black, 19 year old boy from the same University as him?
Can they calm down Shoto's insatiable hunger, or will they too, turn into Shoto's meal?
