BLUE HOUR: THE FINAL CHAPTER

It has been six months after the wedding and the primes chose to stay at the moon to be there during Yvel and Coleen's pregnancy.

They wanted to be present because they were never there when Jade was pregnant and had given birth to the twins. So they wanted to be present and not miss the same event again.

Coleen and Yvel were both ecstatic that they are only a week different. Yvel is first and then Coleen and they're pregnancy is just a week apart.

The first three months were okay for the two. They've also brought in people from the dragon tribe to help Yvel with her pregnancy so it would be easy for her.

But when they got to their fourth month. Yvel began to have a hard time. It worried everyone, especially Kitsch. Even more because none from the dragon tribe knows what to do because it is their first time taking care of a moon goddess carrying a dragon's child.

After another month. Yvel had become visibly weak and exhausted. But she continued to stay strong not just for her baby, but because she didn't want to give up now that she is so close to giving birth to her own child.

She hated how it made Kitsch feel very devastated and useless. Because he too could not do anything to take away all the pain. It emotionally hurt him but at the same time, because of their bond. The pain that Hvel felt in her body also channeled to him so Kitsch could feel the exact pain.

So when Yvel would feel like her body is being burnt from the inside and then she feels like dying. Kitsch also feels the same. Ysabella could also feel it too as she is also sharing a bond with her twin brother. But not as bad as what Kitsch feels.

It's like an everyday moment when Yvel would feel her insides being burned by acid. Her organs felt like they were being lubricated. She could not eat anything or make any big moves because it hurted her to move a single limb.

Five months into her pregnancy got her and her husband bedridden. The worst part of that is that Kitsch went to his heat so they had to stay inside the sacred garden for two weeks just by themselves. The dragon's heat would've lasted only a week, but because Yvel could not do anything to help him. It took two weeks for it to pass.

But if Yvel is going through a hard time and the imminent pain builds inside. Coleen is different.

Coleen's pregnancy had no problems until her fifth month. She began to have nightmares almost every time she fell asleep.

Even if she only takes a short nap, she'd dream about a long horrible nightmare and when she wakes up she can't remember what it is.

It made her emotionally distraught and afraid to even close her eyes.

She and Trevor are also first of case like Kitsch and Yvel. And at least Coleen's pregnancy is not as bad as Yvel but it's also making everyone worry. Because Coleen's emotional distress might lead her to have miscarriage or cause any complication with the baby that is still developing inside her.

The good thing is that Trevor is very smart. As much as he hates to make Coleen anxious of forgetting her dreams. He's the one who erases them from her memory so she won't remember it.

So whenever Coleen dreams, he watches it from her mind and erase it as soon as she wakes up. It makes him aware of her emotional condition. But it also takes a toll on him mentally because he's the only one who knows what she dreams off and would honestly wish it would stop.

Coleen dreams of giving birth to a monster. To a child that would bring the end of the world. It differs from time to time but would always include the fact that their child will bring 'the end'. She had even dreamed of her child killing all the primes.

Those dreams scared Trevor because he doesn't know if it's true. Or just the perks of being pregnant with a child whose father is half demon and a black sorcerer. One of the true forms of evil. But he never loses hope because Coleen is a white sorceress and he knows that kindness will overpower. After all, having that kindness is also what made him unique from his kind.

Trevor and Kitsch would get an alone time from their partners since it is the ladies who help to wash them in the bathroom. They've grown anxious to show themselves exposed physically to their partners after they've become visibly weaker. So only Jade, Rhian and Ysabella stay with them when they need to bathe.

"I feel like I'm also pregnant myself." Trevor huffed as he snuggled closer to Samuel.

The toll had also made him feel a lot warmer than normal. And because heat makes him weak, he'd always keep Samuel close so he could feel cold. Samuel is more than willing to help because he could also see how Trevor is suffering both mentally and physically.

"Ain't that a new experience!" Yalex teased playfully but only earned a glare from the other.

If Trevor feels warm and Samuel helps him. Kitsch on the other hand feels very cold the more he feels the pain of his wife. So Yalex stays by his side to keep him warm. Yalex and Samuel sit on the bed with their two youngest to keep them warm or cold.

While Blue sits by a couch near them and would often feel bad because he can't touch anyone, therefore making him unable to cuddle with any of the two.

But Blue does his best to find as much information that he can from the book of demons. He'd check alone in the sacred garden since nobody can know that he can use it too. He teaches Coleen how to read it, and until she's able to fully understand all that's written there. Blue is able to have access with the seven books. But he needed to be extra careful so nobody would suspect.

"My wings feel sore. Can't I just fly for a minute? I don't need to be far nor shift to my form." Kitsch muttered.

"I'm sorry kid but you know you can't. We don't have any pattern of time when Yvel experiences the pain. What if that happens while you're flying? It will only hurt you both more." Yalex said to him in a calmed tone while stroking his hair.

Samuel did the same and eventually noticed that a few of his hair strands have turned black on their own. Trevor recently dyed his hair pink when Coleen was three months pregnant. But because of what he had been doing to keep Coleen sane. It hurts him mentally. His hair turning black on its own is a sign that he is weakening.

"I know. I should just dye my hair black. She might worry if she sees it." Trevor said and turned to look at the other two beside them.

He could see that Kitsch had gotten paler and visibly weak like Yvel. They really took their vows seriously that they'll do everything together even in pain and death.

"Hey. How do you feel?" He asked and Kitsch forced out his toothy grin.

"I feel awesome. Like I got hit by a train or what!" He said which earned light chuckles from the other four.

"You're gonna be okay Kitsch. So are you Trev. You both are tough and strong." Blue said to them.

They talked for a few more minutes until they were told that the ladies are done bathing.
