BLUE HOUR: THE FINAL CHAPTER

"It's already been 2 months since Kamal and Caspian were born. I think that's old enough to bring them to Arcadia now. It'll be better to raise them in that environment considering their traits." Samuel discusses among the male primes as they watch the ladies playing with the two newborns on their huge picnic spot.

"That's plausible. Acrox and Mako also spent their first two years in Arcadia. I still can't forget when I first met them." Blue chuckled upon remembering the event. It was when the dead couple reunited with everyone and the twins were confused why they don't have life energy when they're alive.

"You're right. It'll be a perfect environment for them to grow up. They can destroy as much as they want there. I'm already embarrassed enough after Caspian almost set the main square on fire and he is only 2 months old." Trevor huffed as he rubbed his temple in frustration.

It was a very embarrassing moment for him. Coleen was taking a bath so it was his turn to take care of their son. He took him for a walk and while he was showing him the children who were dancing in front of a bonfire, the infant suddenly started doing his little uncontrolled tricks and scared the children away.

He made two of the kids act very mischievous and started playing with the fire. The other unfortunately got a burn but was thankfully healed by Coleen.

The couple were beyond embarrassed because of what Caspian did. And they had to apologize so much for the damages.

"Let's go tonight. We'll need to thank the moon people first before we leave." Samuel said and tapped Trevor on his shoulder to ease him.

They did as planned and returned to Arcadia.

The planet has been deemed as a replica of hell according to Yalex. Especially Kades.

Kades is a perfect place to raise the two at least until they learn the basics. Just like how Acrox and Mako were raised in that environment for 2 years. And the same environment was provided when they were raised by the mermaids.

The primes and their children were welcomed back to the planet. Jessi and the twins, Acrox and Mako are both delighted to meet Caspian and Kamal. The new princes of the primes.

Only two days after their arrival, Trevor and Kitsch took their sons to Arcadia. Yvel and Coleen didn't follow just yet as Samuel instructed.

It is a tradition of the Arcadians wherein the father takes the child to the most dangerous place on the planet for three weeks. To show and teach them the cruel world they are about to live in. This first three weeks also helps to create a closer and stronger bond between the father and the child. And then the mother will join them later to finally teach the child together on how to survive and be able to cope with everyone.

Samuel and Jade were never able to follow that tradition for obvious reasons. But they've always dreamed for their fellow primes to go through that.

Raising Kamal and Caspian was a lot to handle even from the primes. Because the two were born to be exactly what Kitsch and Trevor should've been.

Kitsch was supposed to be born as an alpha type of dragon. The one who is always dominant. Lake would be the dragon that best describes it and Kamal was born like that.

While Trevor was supposed to be born without a soul. A man without remorse and loathes the thought of kindness. A man who preys with white sorcerers and hardly cares for people weaker than them. That is how Caspian was born.

But both children are blessed with kind, patient and loving parents. Even uncles and aunts. So they were never misguided as they grew up. Kamal and Caspian were always together like twins. And the primes would take turns to teach them lessons or train them in combat.

Kamal and Caspian loved their parents so much that they were able to grow up to not become what they were born to be. And as Yalex always tell them,

"A straight path is boring! We should make a turn and make the path wild and adventurous!"

The twins may have taken that seriously because they also became partners in crime. When they were already seven years old, they stole a horse and almost got themselves killed while trying to go to Cant Valley. If it wasn't for Ysabella who caught them, they would've been in big trouble.

The primes had lost count of how many times the two always sneaked out. From getting out of bed during bed time, sneaking out from Arkos and even ruining their own birthday parties.

The worst time was when their Kitsch was in heat and Yvel was away at the time to attend an important gathering with the queens in Arkos.

Kamal and Caspian wanted to prank Kitsch because they overheard that he's alone in the castle they all live at. The two caused trouble so Blue will be forced to help and leave them for a moment. They both sneaked out and went back to the castle but they became furious because his chambers were very locked.

Kamal tried to burn down the door as he can already do it at his age. When they managed to create a small opening of the door, Blue caught them but the dragon's scent had already gone through and he caught a whiff of it.

Both the children were terrified because the angel of death suddenly went rogue and tried to destroy the door when he caught a whiff of the scent. Thankfully, Ysabella and Yalex who were also there eventually caught onto the mess.

Yalex was able to take Blue away and helped him calm down while Ysabella had to take her brother with him and hide somewhere secluded until their heat calmed down.

After that event, the primes were all reasonably angry at the two that Yvel had to precisely explain how dangerous it would've been had Yalex been unable to stop Blue in time before he could harm Kitsch.

It was the biggest lesson that the two learned and as punishment, Yalex and Samuel will be the one to babysit them for a month and they always hated to be taken care of by the demon and the time keeper because they both know they can never try to slip away.

One time, Kamal and Caspian tried to burn the two with a flamethrower for fun knowing they'll get healed anyway. But they freaked out thinking they burnt the two into ashes when it was just a clone because Samuel knows what they'll do.

But even though the kids grew up to be a troublemaker, a prankster and even causes a lot of mess. They are always receptive to every lesson given to them and would never repeat the same mistake again. Except for the part that they can't give up the pranks because Caspian always get new ideas.

Kamal and Caspian are both sweet and obedient to their parents. So after the heat incident, they were bawling their eyes out while begging for forgiveness from the dragon and his rider. Kamal felt the most bad because it was his father who almost got harmed because of their playful pranks.

When the two turned 18. The two have grown closer and wiser with the guide of the primes. They became extraordinary princes and had also become popular among ladies all over the planet.

Kamal and Caspian are always seen together. They'd also hangout with Mako and Acrox and the rest of their friends and it would look like watching a movie where all the beautiful young men and women are gathered in one place.

Caspian and Kamal became good fighters. They both excelled in combat and even in magic. But the best thing is that they learn to control their anger and temper. It made their parents very proud of them and that proudness made the two feel like all the hard work paid off.

However, Kamal is also old enough to grow his wings and that was the hardest part for him as that's the age when his dragon traits had started revealing. Caspian was devastated because he could not help his cousin to endure the pain nor even accompany him.
